Overlooking the neighborhood pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts, this luxury villa is adorned with upgrades such as flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms, offering contemporary style for your comfort. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure in the surrounding landscapes, you can unwind in the comfortable bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, Base Camp is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll discover a plethora of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, as well as world-famous rock climbing and rappelling opportunities. The place is very nice and clean, the only thing was the floors were pretty dirty ( hasn’t been Mopped) but other than that it was very nice. Would stay again.

Beautiful, clean rental

We loved staying here. It was just minutes from Snow Canyon, had a great pool, was SUPER clean, and my large family of eight never felt cramped. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The apartment is well stocked. We really appreciated that they even had pickle ball paddles and balls. My kids loved it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We went to St George for a quick trip and this townhome was perfect!! The club house has great food and accommodated 11 people last minute. Easy commute to the city center and great location to get to sand hollow or snow canyon and many other fun areas.

Great Place

This was a great place to stay for me and my two girls. It was plenty big, could easily fit an entire family. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, easy walk to the pool, and a great place to just hang out. I would easily rent this same unit again for future trips to St George. This ranks with some of the top VRBO’s I’ve stayed in.
