Residence 5D is a luxurious 3,000 s/f, 3 BR, 3.5 bath condominium. Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom two has a King bed and bedroom three has 2 full size beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with large a walk-in showers. This unit is located on the northwest corner of the 5th floor and has balconies off two of the bedrooms and a spectacular wrap around balcony off the living room. The condo is fully furnished and designer decorated. There are 65" LED TV's in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. There's a large L shaped leather sofa in the living room plus a reclining chair. There are 3 digital safes for your valuables, one in each of the bedrooms. All of the beds are top quality and very comfortable. Dishes, cutlery, cookware, bedding, linens and towels etc. are provided. You are right in the center of exciting Jaco. Besides surfing and swimming you can horseback ride on the beach or in the mountains, go on a canopy tour or visit a butterfly farm. The area has some of the best deep sea fishing in the world, with record breaking catches of marlin, tuna and sailfish. There are real estate services, supermarkets, internet cafes and pharmacies. Other professional services include doctors, dentists and lawyers. The town is located between two of Costa Rica's most famous national parks, Manuel Antonio and Carara.
