**Very clean unit with over 9 years of positive reviews** This is the perfect couple’s retreat! You and your loved one (and your dog) can stay where the action is! Enjoy the sun and water at the beach during the day or go for romantic walks at night. We are located within easy walking distance of the heart of Carolina Beach directly across from the end of the boardwalk on the ocean side. The Carolina Beach Harbor is across the street on the opposite (west) side. Enjoy the ocean views or watch the Thursday summer fireworks from your private deck. Nearby restaurants/night life include Nollie's, Stoked, Hurricane Alley, Silver Dollar, Sea Witch, and many others. The Carolina Beach fishing pier is 1.5 miles from the unit.

When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with lots of natural light and ocean views from the private deck. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, drawers for your belongings, fan, safe for valuables, and a smart TV.

The kitchen features refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It includes cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knives, drip coffeemaker, Keurig, and an assortment of accessories.

The bathroom has a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in a nook, making it easy to toss in your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach or pool to wash/dry. Basic towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body soap are provided.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and breeze from the ocean.

The unit is furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, two smart TV’s, and local phone service. The unit sleeps a maximum of 2 Adults and 2 children with one queen bed, and twin Captain's Quarter style bunk beds. Sheets are provided.

The unit comes with one included parking spot. Access to the unit is through a keyless pad. On-site community pool requires a key, which is available inside the unit.

*****Dogs require PRIOR approval, acceptance of the pet agreement, and payment of an additional pet fee of $150.00. If a guest brings dogs without approval, the pet fee will be deducted from the security deposit. *****
