Enjoy your own private outdoor spaces including grassy courtyard, tiled deck area, outdoor setting and BBQ. The perfect place to explore Batemans Bay, Mogo and the South Coast !

This superb townhouse offers 180m2 of well designed living space. With quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen, reverse cycle heating/cooling, laundry and secure lock up double garage (with remote), you will be extremely comfortable here. This townhouse is in a small complex, nestled within native gardens in a quiet and peaceful location.

Surf Beach is a relaxed beach suburb that is out of the hustle and bustle of the Bay but still close enough to be convenient. Each townhouse offers: * 3 large bedrooms (2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds); * 2 bathrooms (master bedroom has ensuite and showers are walk-in not over the bathtub); * fully and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and lots of pots/pans, glasses, dishes and cutlery; * reverse cycle heating/cooling in the living area + fans/heaters in each bedroom; * 2 wall mounted flat screen TVs; and * laundry with wash machine and clothes line and drying rack. * secure garage parking for 2 cars with a motorized garage door.

Surf Beach is a quiet beach suburb just 7kms south of the Batemans Bay CBD. There is a selection of 3 beautiful beaches within close proximity to our townhouses offering everything from great surf for board riders to calm, safe havens for little ones. Surf Beach has a great cafe / coffee shop, a playground and showers/toilets.

There is also a local shopping complex across the road from the beach which offers: an IGA for groceries, bottle shop, doctor's surgery, chemist, Pizza/pasta place and a Chinese restaurant. Surf Beach is serviced by local buses and the Prior's Bus service to Canberra. We are also conveniently serviced by the local club's courtesy buses. Just ring in advance and they will pick you up.

Beds come completely made. Bath towels, kitchen tea towels and bath mats are provided but please bring your own beach towels, face washers and personal toiletries.

Kids at the Beach

The apartment was neat, clean and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed. It was lovely having the grass area where the little ones could run around and eat their evening ice-creams. Double garage meant cool cars. The location is perfect! Close to many beaches and only a short walk to Surf Beach via Wimbie beach. Good communication with Claire and seamless checkin. Would stay again and definitely recommend. 🤗

Spacious accommodation and quiet location

The property was located on a quiet street and very convenient for walking to shops and beach. The double garage and wide driveway made parking easy (we fitted two reasonable size vehicles in the garage one night when there was a severe thunderstorm warning - fortunately it didn't happen. All the bedrooms were a good size, and the lounge dining and kitchen were also large and the kitchen was well appointed - all the bits and pieces that we needed. The wifi was easy to connect to and we had not problems with it. The instructions and assistance from Grace were clear and correct and Grace was very helpful when we had to make a late change to the number of people that were staying at the property.

Fantastic family holiday

We had a fantastic time at Surf Beach. The townhouse was huge, new and exceptionally clean. The beach, IGA, bottle shop etc were 2 mins drive down the road. The pizza there was delicious. The teenagers were happy with wifi, the 3 year old loved the children's DVDs. Dishwasher and washing machine were quick. Wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parker by the Sea. The townhouse was very conveniently located to the beach and the Surf Bach shops (walking distance). The townhouse was modern, clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Our son loved the wide range of kids DVD that was on offer. Our host Grace was very welcoming and provided us with all the useful information. Our holiday was cut short by the bush fires but will definitely be back at Parker by the Sea very soon. Highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks Grace!
