Casa dos Coqueiros da Ilha is a large house that lives up to its name, as it is surrounded by many coconut trees throughout its garden that, at night, illuminated, make a beautiful composition with the pool. The house is very spacious, airy, sunny, and has a breathtaking view! At the entrance, you can already see the sea since, throughout the room, there is a huge glass door (16m) that separates the room from a large balcony that follows the entire length of the room.
On the entrance floor of the house are the 3 suites, the main kitchen, a toilet and 4 living rooms. On the floor below, there is the barbecue that has its own kitchen to support the barbecue days and a spa with a panoramic view of the sea, where there is a wet and dry sauna, as well as a jacuzzi, all in an environment and lighting. quite relaxing.
On the lower floor is the pool area with sun loungers, round wooden table with 4 chairs and 2 hammocks for relaxation. Immediately after, is the swimming pool (6m x 3m) that, with its infinite bottom, allows a unique experience of this privileged view. The house is all surrounded by green area - and many coconut trees.
The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer and a horizontal equipment that can work as a fridge or freezer, just choose the desired mode; toaster, sandwich maker, blender, Nexpresso machine (capsules must be brought as they are not sold in Ilhabela), microwave and hob, 1 with 6 burners in the main kitchen and another with 4 burners in the lower floor kitchen that serves as support at the service of barbecue. There is enough crockery for 12 people.
Casa dos Coqueiros da Ilha has 4 rooms that, although not separated by walls, make up very different environments:
1 TV room with sofa for 4 people + 2 chess-long on the sides;
1 living room with a beautiful view, with the feeling that you are over the sea, with 2 sofas, poufs and bench;
1 fireplace and reading room, which can also be a delightful gaming environment, as it has a card-specific table;
1 dining room with table for 8 people.
The double suite is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the sea and a feeling of being on top of it. It has a large closet (open) and a bathroom that, in addition to the shower, has an exclusive bathtub.
The two other suites have 2 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed. These suites are different in size, the largest of which have a "corner" for watching TV on reclining chairs (great for TV games). The bathrooms of the two suites are the same, both with shower and very beachy decoration.
The cabinets are all the same, made up of shelves and wicker baskets that are used as drawers. Instead of wooden doors, which muffle and hinder air circulation, they are shaped like curtains (fabric) that keep clothes airy, preventing damped moisture, so common in oceanfront homes. The double bedroom closet is the largest of the three.
All 3 suites have ceiling fans and cold air conditioning.
The house has 1 experienced and responsible housekeeper, who takes care of cleaning and tidying the house, as well as table service. She is very willing and knows how to prepare very tasty trivial dishes, especially when it comes to cakes and sweets. Worth a try!
Maid service is $ 120 / day for a period of 8 hours (with an intermediate rest hour) and payment can be made directly to the housekeeper, in cash. Or, if you prefer, by bank deposit in the owner's account.
If necessary, there is the possibility of 1 employee sleeping in the house of the housekeeper, which is situated on the ground of the house.
