Welcome to the Garden Suite at Second Street Cottages!

The Garden Suite is located just two blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, delightful shops, and unique restaurants and art galleries.
It is one of two separate suites at Second Street Cottages: a turn-of-the-century home, now completely renovated as a travelers' accommodation. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the historic Railroad District. We welcome guests to spacious, fresh rooms and wonderful outdoor space.
The Garden Suite:
-2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 5 people
-living room, dining area
-fully-equipped kitchen
-deck and patio
-in-unit washer and dryer
The Garden Suite has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely-appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free WiFi, and central air conditioning.
Likewise, the Garden Suite has it's own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio.
Please note there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property.
Second Street Cottages also has a charming 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit: The Heritage Suite. It can be seen at VRBO listing #737903. Although the two suites are independent units, they can be rented together at the same time (depending upon availability). Please call for availability of a one night reservation. We are happy to accommodate if possible.
Life is uncertain - we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. In the event of a last minute emergency or need to cancel, travel insurance offers peace of mind for all. Please consider this as we cannot offer refunds outside of our stated policies.

Oregon Cabaret Theatre and Allen Elizabethan Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Weisinger Family Winery and Grizzly Peak Winery. Hiking, skiing, river rafting, wine tours, beer tastings, great coffee, interesting foods...there is something for everyone here in the Rogue Valley!

Second Street Cottages is ideally located if you are looking forward to enjoying short walks to wonderful restaurants, world-class theatre, fabulous shopping, unique art, great coffee houses, exciting nightlife, wine tasting rooms, Lithia Park and more (all within one to three blocks of the house). Described as a “year-round paradise,” Ashland draws visitors from around the world during all of its magnificent four seasons. This location is the perfect "home base" -- within minutes of downtown there is world class white water rafting, kayaking and fishing, mountain biking, hiking, birding, golfing, skiing, snowshoeing, and Creek to Crest and Pacific Crest Trails. Ashland has become a popular destination for wedding and annual family reunion location with an international airport less than 20 minutes away in Medford, OR. Both units on this property can be rented (depending upon availability) and will accommodate up to 13 guests.
