This 1920s Bungalow features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 10 min walk into Nelson CBD. 5 mins drive to Tahunanui Beach. Located up a private driveway this property enjoys peace and quiet away from road noise. All day sun. Privacy being surrounded by trees. Master Bedroom with ensuite. Family bathroom with clawfoot bath and additional toilet. Open plan living with kitchen, dining and living area. BBQ area in garden. Extra large fully fenced back yard, great for kids. $275 for 4 guests. $25 each additional guest.
Bed 1 - Master with queen bed and ensuite.
Bed 2 - Single bed with additional trundler underneath. Can make into double.
Bed 3 - Sunroom Queen bed.
