Our Pool is shared between this house (Pool House) and our front house (Main Pool House)


“Pool House" welcome you to enjoy the warmth and sunshine on our beautiful sandy beaches with little town charm. Located right in the heart of Port Aransas in Old Town within walking distance to restaurants, live music, nightlife, and shopping. Professional tropical decor throughout with brand new
linens, appliances, and furniture. "The Pool House" is a
2 bedroom/2 bath with room to sleep four guests. There are HD Smart TV's in every room with cable included. Free WiFi. The newly renovated kitchen has granite
counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. Our home also has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and dining
room table with seating for four. Sit out on your front porch and feel the breeze while drinking your morning coffee or take a dip in our swimming pool to cool off from a long hot day of fishing or shopping.
Also available for rent with larger groups is our "The cottage" is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with room to sleep 4. The first room has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has one king size bed. Home is completely
updated with fine art and granite counter tops with all the kitchen supply's need as the same as Pool House. The Cottage house has a wonderful front porch that has a great view of old town and is perfect to escape the
heat with its cool breezes. (VRBO #739710)
"The Pool House" and "Main Pool house" both share the swimming pool. Barbeque grills are located at each home for your convenience. Local Sales Tax of 7% is included in room rate and State sales tax of 6% VRBO remote to the state.

Nice shaded pool

The house is efficient and clean with comfortable beds. The pool is small, but very refreshing and lovely with the shade. Great location, perfect if you rent a golf cart!

Our stay was great. Place was clean and tidy. Property manager was very responsive if we needed anything. Only complaints are the pull out sofa bed is just awful, AC is very loud but works very well and the pool was smaller than we expected but it was a great addition to our stay!

Our properties are located in Old Town close to everything. We are only minutes from the beach, live music, nightlife, restaurants, great fishing, museums, and sandfest. Enjoy a golf cart ride in town, a stroll down the beach looking for shells or go surfing, skateboarding, or parasailing. It's a perfect getaway for young and old.

Also, a 20 minute trip to Padre will take you to the newly opened Schlitterbahn!
