With the stunning Collingwood beach literally at your doorstep, book now and enjoy your next escape at this cosy 2 bedroom holiday unit.

Soak up the sun and be mesmerized with the picturesque views of Jervis Bay.

Conveniently located near many white sandy beaches and only a short walk the Vincentia shopping village where you will find Coles, Liqourland, cafes and specialty stores.

Take advantage of the free courtesy bus and enjoy a Chinese meal at the Vincentia Country Club or head into Huskisson, where you will find trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping.

There is also a range of local activities to experience like dolphin and whale watching, scuba diving, kayaking and paddle boarding. 

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds however, this property does not provide linen you will need to bring it with you. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Linen hire is available from a local supplier.

There is a house attached to the property which also sleeps 6 people. If you have a larger group you can book both! The house is called Amazing Views.

While Vincentia is an amazing place, the property is run down and lacking basic comforts. It is a separate part of a larger property that is leased separately and when you neighbours party to 2am it's difficult to sleep. No air conditioning and small fan was not enough to cool the house from the heat of the day. The beach right on the doorstep made this holiday more enjoyable. It's in a great location but could really do with some updates.

Terrible sleep every night

Mattresses are like sleeping on hard floors with plenty of spiders, ants, cockroaches and ants inside, and wasp nests outside the balcony which the kids were terrified of. The pillows were thin like pancakes and we could hear the water pipes and owners visitors on the other side of our bed head every time they used the water. No lock on the main bedroom door so no privacy and owners and their guests were very much present and visible. After a rough sleep each night, the morning light would steam into the room from 6am so we were wrecked each day cause of no curtains. No linen, towels or shower soap so this was an added expense and effort. Location is the only nice thing but people camping outside and making noise all night outside with random explosions took the shine away from the beach. No Parking in the driveway apart from the side with a red no parking sign to welcome you. I would choose anything different next time.

Great location and price

The property has great aspects to the water and trees from the windows and balcony and is within walking distance to shops and it's right on the beach and walking track to white sands beaches walk. It's bright and spacious for three adults. Decor is quite basic, no fuss or frills. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and could be fresher, eg the sofas. Also there could be some instructions at the property about how to operate the gas tank powered hot water. But all in all really enjoyed our stay in Vincentia and thought it was great for the price and location.

A lovely place to stay. It is basic accommodation. No wifi.

The property is great. Remember to bring linen and towels. A little bit of noise from guests in adjoining accommodation as their front door is right next to bedroom window. Otherwise it was a relaxing place to unwind and lovely surrounds.

Basic beach accommodation

Good location but could do with some updates. Cleanliness was just passable, E.g. the main rug was stained and rolled up in a cupboard. But the location was great
