Perfect for Two Families

Welcome to this charming holiday rental, perfect for two families, located in the idyllic coastal town of Sussex Inlet.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and Wifi are NOT available. (ceiling fans recently installed)
- No Garage Access
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

Featuring four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. The two bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests, allowing everyone to freshen up and unwind after a day of coastal adventures.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the soothing ambience of the beach-styled decor, featuring hues of blue that evoke the nearby ocean.

Take advantage of the inviting veranda, complete with outdoor chairs and a barbecue. This outdoor space is the ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply sipping your morning coffee as you bask in the coastal breeze.

Location
This holiday house boasts a prime location, just a two-minute walk from the boat ramp and canal system. Whether you're an avid boater or simply enjoy being near the water, this proximity offers endless opportunities for fishing, boating, or leisurely exploring the picturesque canals of Sussex Inlet. Imagine spending your days cruising along the waterways, enjoying the beauty of nature and the tranquillity of the surroundings.

Additionally, our rental is conveniently located close to the town centre, providing easy access to local shops, cafes, takeaways, and even a brewery. Immerse yourself in the local community, browse through charming boutiques, savour delicious meals at nearby eateries, or indulge in a refreshing beverage at the brewery.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

This is a great place for a holiday. There are 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and ceiling fans. The lounge room has 3 great lounges and a lovely breeze comes through the house. It is just over a block from the water. We used it as a base to explore further north and south. We loved it.

The property had all features listed.Some TLC would lift its age . Steps were steep for eldery and no rail at back door made them unsafe for my knee issues. We enjoyed our stay and location was great thank you for our breakwaay

Spacious property

Great block of land for kids to play. Vinyl floors, wide corridors, roomy enough for a large family although we only had four people. The neighbours were partying and it ruined our weekend, as there for a Husky triathlon and sleep was essential.

Neat, Comfortable, Convenient.

A cosy, spacious home. Close to all amenities. An easy walk to the centre of town, local RSL & various shops. It's our second time staying at this property & we wouldn't hesitate to use it again. It's great for people on a budget, or a larger group. Everything we needed was supplied, we did opt to bring our own linen. Overall, I'd happily stay there again for a nice weekend break.

Great property thst sleeps 9 comfortably. We only had 6 stay but could have just as comfortably had 9 with the bedding options & 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen, lounge & dining plus outdoor patio with table & BBQ. Big backyard if you have kids that want to run around & perfect location close to all local amenities. Handy contactless check in /out options & property manager quick & accommodating with communication. We would Definately stay here again when in sussex inlet again.
