The location is amazing, it is within walking distance to everything you possibly need. Beach shops and restaurants.
The vista is fantastic the balcony is the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of each day.

Palms Penthouse is such a great spot, views of the beach and only a 5-minute walk to the town centre. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near Byron bay a few minutes walking from everywhere, with very good restaurants We love the place and that we can go walking to surf the pass . The apartment has a beautiful view. We will came back .
We were very impressed by the property and the way it was managed. The Loco Love chocolates were a nice touch. The location is superb. One of our party was stung by blue bottles. An ice pack in the freezer would be great.

Palms penthouse was in an excellent location with beautiful views across the road from the beach. It was an easy walk into the main street shops and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable beds and had plenty of room for our family. Would recommend and love to stay here again.
We spent 3 nights at the Palms Penthouse and enjoyed every moment of it. The whole apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for 3 nights or much longer. The kitchen was so well equipped and it was nice to have coffee and a plunger ready for the morning. Sitting with cup in hand enjoying the view, watching the whales frolic was a bonus we didn't expect. The unit is very centrally located with everything important within walking distance. Lovely relaxing and perfect for us.

Great Location
Palms Penthouse is in a great location across the road from the beach and very close to the center of Byron, It has all the mod cons. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and entertaining. The lounge and bedrooms are very comfortable, great Foxtel and surprisingly fast internet. Fully set up laundry that came in very handy as we stayed nine days. No window coverings in the main bedroom only shutters that don't block out much light. Huge ensuite bathroom.
Both the kitchen and bathroom cupboard door are ready for replacement.
Having off street parking is a real advantage as all of Byron is controlled by parking meters
Would definitely stay there again when in Byron.

Fantastic Property!
Great location across the street from the beach and within easy walk to shops and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and the view from the main bedroom bay window is great to wake up to. Large bathrooms and decent size showers and bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked up, including herbs, spices, oil, good selection of pots and pans...just byo food! The age of the apartment shows in some areas like bathroom cabinets, but overall, it is a well maintained property and very clean. We would not hesitate in recommending this property and we'll definitely come back.

Love it
A girls' weekend on the Queen's birthday weekend. 7 of us in the 3 bedroom apartment. I could have shared a double bed with my friend, however, being a restless sleeper, I opted for the couch. Very comfortable except , due to no curtains or blinds , woke up with the birds!
Location is great - daily exercise by a walk to the lighthouse, only to be undone by a feed at the Clarke's Cafe or Twisted Sister.
After a few sunset drinks on the balcony, watching the sun go down, it's just a short walk to lots of eateries of various cuisines and a walk back to our abode.
Can't wait for our next girly weekend stay!

I forgot something......
On re-reading my review , I seem to have omitted the highlight of the trip – the apartment I stayed in.
It is spacious, beautifully decorated and in one of the best locations.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has modern equipment – all you need to do is buy some food when you pop into the organic farmers’ market.
Enjoy your meal either inside or have a bbq on the balcony with your wonderful view of the beach.
Oh, and don’t forget to have a cocktail or two on the balcony as you watch the sun set.
Great place for singles or a family – as Arnie once said, “I’ll be back”.

Palms Penthouse is no longer a luxury property
We stayed at the Palms Penthouse a couple of years ago and it was good and similar to the standard portrayed in the website pictures. Unfortunately, the apartment is now very run down and needs an upgrade of the furniture and some general maintenance and TLC.
