This is Location, Location & Location. All you need to do is arrive and park your car. All that Ogunquit offers you can walk; Perkins Cove, Shore Road shops/restaurants, Downtown and Main Beach. The trolley is at the end of the street in season if you do not feel like walking.

The Condo has 1 Queen bed and 1 Queen pullout sofa. It is spacious and in good weather the patio adds additional space.

Listed as 7 day minimum due to town statue. Monthly Discount in listing.

Hi,
My name is Mike A and I am originally from the North Shore of Boston. I purchased this slice of heaven in 2018 and rented it for the first two years (Originally NYC theme). My goal at the time was to renovate it when I was close to retirement. It came sooner than I thought, so I contracted for a complete renovation and moved on the downside of COVID and made it home.

My first month, I watched the movie Nomad and it changed my life. I walked to the beach every day and walked by a store front “for rent” Now inspired by the movie, I call the number and rented it. I ended up opening Candy Store. I worked the store three seasons. I loved it; however with increased rent, utilities and 12 hour days, I did not renew and closed. Great experience!

I also have a home in Florida, so I decided to rent Ogunquit out in the high season. I am looking forward to hosting again and sharing my home for others to enjoy.

I hope your stay changes your life like as It did mine. Enjoy the view from oversized patio and relax as you watch the occasional sailboat go by in the horizon.

It has an expanded patio to enjoy sweeping Ocean views. The stone wall, which is the back of the original fireplace. Very private and you can leave from the patio door and never have to bother going through the building.
