Situated in the heart of Adelaide CBD. Walking distance to Adelaide central market, convention centre, university of SA and great shopping. Adelaide airport is 6km away.
Apartment is on the 5th floor which allows for great city views from the large balcony. On a clear day the ocean can be seen from the balcony.
The Apartment has one bedroom with built in robe. Queen size bed and carpeted floor. Sofa bed in lounge for one extra guest. Good size open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, and dishwasher. Study desk for the business traveller.
Single bathroom with shower. Laundry has washing machine and dryer.
Secure parking is available for $15 per night
