Genshai on Eden is Ideally positioned in the heart of the city only a kilometre from Rundle Mall shopping and one kilometre from the Central Market and China Town.
A very short stroll takes you to numerous pubs and restaurants locally and on nearby Hutt Street.
This 2 bedroom apartment has recently been upgraded with all new appliances and amenities. Two queen size double beds with single bed trundles adorn each bedroom. (Sleeps 4 comfortably but using trundle beds can accommodate 6 if needed)
A baby cot & high chair are available if required.
A fully equipped kitchen with dining room (seating for 6) and separate living room with 55 inch TV provide plenty of relaxation and entertaining space. One bathroom (with shower and bathtub) are separate from toilet.
