Our newly remodeled Newport Beach 2-Bedroom condo is situated near the pier, downtown, and fun-zone. It's less than 100 yards from the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The unit is beautifully designed to host 5 people comfortably. You get a view of the beach, ocean, and bay. We provide beach essentials like beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. You will also find our TOTO Toilet (Bidet very amusing).

The Space:
Our cozy Newport Beach 2-Bedroom apartment is situated near the pier, downtown, and Fun-zone. The unit is beautifully designed to host 5 people comfortably. The interior has been fully furnished with new (2) 55-inch TVs, (1) 43-inch TV, Italian leather sofas, and new kitchen appliances. Our home is located on the second floor with no unit next to it or below. Walking out the door you can see the beach and the bay.

Our home has a modern and contemporary design with open space, huge tvs, wi-fi, 300+ Cable TV channels, and laundry room. It's perfectly setup with all the appliances and utilities you would need for an extended stay. The toilet is setup as a bidet which is found a lot through Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. It's definitely a new experience for those who have not tried it.

Guest Access:
You have full access to everything inside the unit. You also get access to the on-site complimentary laundry which as (2) washers and (2) dryers and is located just beneath the unit. You can also enjoy free parking on the street next to the unit.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with beautiful homes surrounding the apartment. Quiet hours start at 10PM so you can be rest assured that you will a enjoy a full night's rest.

Getting Around:
You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of street cleaning signs, which indicate cleaning on either Monday or Tuesday on alternating sides of the street. Parking in the alley is not permitted, and any parking tickets incurred are the sole responsibility of the guest.
