Step into a sophisticated retreat designed for comfort and connection. The main living area welcomes you with a large sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a Foxtel-equipped TV—perfect for relaxed moments. Upstairs, a second lounge opens onto a treetop balcony, ideal for morning coffee, while a nearby games zone with ping-pong offers hours of fun for the whole group.

The open-plan kitchen is stylish and functional, with stone benchtops, a five-burner gas cooktop, island seating, and a coffee machine to start your mornings right. Share meals at the eight-seater dining table, or take them outside to one of the many alfresco zones. The main patio features a BBQ, bar seating, and dining area overlooking the sparkling pool and expansive lawn—a beautiful backdrop for long lunches or evening drinks. Poolside loungers invite you to relax under the sun, while a shaded garden swing offers a peaceful nook to escape the day. A second patio offers an additional BBQ and seating, giving you another private place to gather.

The sleeping quarters are thoughtfully styled for rest. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a dedicated workspace, and calming garden outlooks. Two queen rooms offer individual charm—one lively and colourful, the other calm and minimal—while two twin rooms with single beds cater perfectly to children or friends. Bathrooms are fresh and modern, and the laundry is well equipped for longer stays.

Ducted air conditioning in every room keeps the temperature just right. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles. Please note that the pizza oven is not available for guest use.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Set in a peaceful part of Dunsborough, the home is just a ten-minute drive to both the town centre and Dunsborough Beach—ideal for a morning swim or sunset stroll. The nearby Dunsborough Shopping Centre has everything you need, from groceries to boutique shops and local cafes like La Lah Café and Merchant & Maker. For dining, Blue Manna Bistro, Occy’s, and Yarri—all within the town—offer everything from fresh seafood to seasonal fine dining. Families will enjoy Simmo’s Ice Creamery just five minutes away, with mini golf and plenty of space to play. Explore Meelup Regional Park for scenic walks, just a seven-minute drive from home. Head to Happs Wines or Deep Woods Estate and other local cellar doors—all within ten minutes—for wine tastings.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
