The well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your inner chef, featuring modern appliances and an espresso machine to kickstart your morning coffee ritual. Dine indoors, surrounded by stunning views in the spacious dining area, or fire up the stove in the outdoor kitchen and gather around ample alfresco seating for relaxed, open-air meals. From May to September, a pizza oven is available for unforgettable family feasts. As the sun sets, soak in the lavishness of the six-seater heated spa (please allow time to heat up), then ease into the alfresco lounge, surrounded by soft seating and the warm glow of an ethanol burner (available May–September)—perfect for starlit gatherings.

Four bedrooms are equipped with split-system air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. The primary suite—situated in its own wing—is a serene retreat with breathtaking sunrise views over Yallingup Hills, a queen bed and spacious ensuite with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is ideal for children, offering a bunk bed and a single bed, while the fourth bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Manage your everyday needs with laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.

For added entertainment, the double garage has been transformed into a lively games room, featuring table tennis, foosball, and kayaks. Firewood is provided during the winter months, with additional supplies available locally if needed. Free on-site parking is available, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

This retreat is a convenient base to discover the best of the Margaret River region, with top wineries like Mongrel Creek Wines just five minutes away. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
