Welcome to "2 Copacabana!" This picturesque 2-bedroom unit is nestled in the heart of Corlette, just a 10-meter walk from the waterfront of Corlette Beach and Corlette Point Park. Enjoy a coffee on the front porch while watching the water and letting the sea breeze flow through out the unit.

Relaxation and comfort are key at 2 Copacabana. With room for up to 4 guests, the unit houses two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an allocated car parking space. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool on balmy Australian evenings and cosy furnishings to make you feel right at home.

The open-plan dining and living area adjoin the fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking features including a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and family sized fridge perfect to cook your favourite recipes. The complex has a shared external laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience.

2 Copacabana is child-friendly and is strategically close to a playground and waterfront for never-ending fun. Long-term renters are warmly welcome here, this ground-floor unit provides an alluring home-away-from-home experience, heightened by its proximity to the enchanting waterfront and a quick 6-minute drive from Salamander Bay Shopping Centre.

We also manage unit 4 so the extended family or friends can be close by for the perfect holiday.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

What a shame - could be perfect with a little effort !! Fabulous location

sadly needing a very deep clean. Thick dust & fluff under furniture. Black mold around base of shower . Blue sofa, old, stained and uncomfortable. Other cane sofa had obviously been used outside at some stage, the original upholstery caked with grime and rotten - stained cream seat cushions dirty and stained - supported by old dirty wooden pieces of plywood. Cooker hood filtercaked in grease and had hole in. Grill pan rack had 1/10inch of burnt on food on - Lots of good things about property but overshadowed by the above .

This cute little apartment is a wonderful location, perfect for beach walks and fishing. Basic amenities but everything you need for a few days. We were disappointed in the general state of the apartment - we had to wash all cutlery, glasses and crockery before using them.
