Situated in the highly sought after Smith street precinct, no more than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops, this traditional beach house has one of the best locations in Lorne.
Set over two stories, Bay Vista features an open plan kitchen dining area boasting stunning main beach and ocean views, separate lounge with open fire and a separately accessed kids retreat/rumpus below.
The downstairs retreat is a real feature of the property and includes sleeping for 4 (2 x bunk beds), en suite bathroom, lounges, pool table, 50 inch 3D LCD television, Foosball and darts.
Upstairs, all bedrooms are well appointed and bathrooms have all been recently renovated to offer a modern edge to the home. The property is fully fenced and grounds feature established and secluded gardens, outdoor BBQ area with Chiminea and a spacious driveway with parking for up to 4 cars.
Whilst Bay Vista offers a long list of great features, none offer more than the comfort and ease of parking your car and walking everywhere. Come see for yourself.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
