Set on an elevated position, this family size home offers commanding views across Loutitt Bay, from the Pier to Aireys Lighthouse.

The residence provides huge living/entertaining areas, both inside and out, all capturing the spectacular coastline outlook. Light-filled, airy with vaulted ceilings, polished timber floors and masses of glass.

Just a 5 minute walk to the shopping strip and the main beach, yet providing a quiet secluded retreat amongst the trees and birdlife.

As pricing is subject to review, pls check with owner.

Quoted price based on 6 adults occupying the property.
Quoted rates may not include long weekends, school holidays and peak periods, please check with owner.
Peak Season - Summer Period we seek min. 7 night bookings
LONG WEEKENDS - Labour day, Anzac, Queens Birthday, special event weekends etc. 3 night min., Easter 4 night minimum.

The house was in a terrific location.The host allowed us to have a later check-out which we really appreciated.The house inside was neat and tidy.It wasn't super convenient to bring your own tea towels/ linen/ bath matts and towels - but this was outlined in the check-in info and made very clear.

Fabulous Property!

We loved our stay. The views were stunning and all visible from the large deck, lounge and first bedroom. It was a lovely, relaxed vibe and the house was a short drive to the supermarket, main shopping strip and beach. We were able to book last minute, which was great. Our host was fantastic, providing lots of great info. I recommend and would stay again. ,

Beautiful holiday house for a family weekend away

Our family booked this holiday house for the Great Ocean Running Festival weekend. The location was perfect and central to Lorne! The views from this house was absolutely spectacular and it was such a lovely space. Peter was also very responsive and communicated well.

Clean, Tidy and Comfortable with a Great View. The legs got a great workout daily with the trek up and down the hill to the beach and shops but the view made it all worthwhile.

Just a lovely property with the most incredible views from the deck and living areas. Close to the main street for shopping and restaurants. Peter was super easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

Good location with great view, thanks for accommodating us. The only thing i would maybe recommend is to have WiFi setup for the house, will make the stay more entertained.

Great location

The process of renting the house, in terms of communication with the property owner and payments was made very easy. The house was in an excellent spot with amazing views and within walking distance to the beach and main strip of shops. Such an amazing house for a group of friends or a family, highly recommend!

We loved staying in this house. The location was perfect within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, beach and pool. The house itself was comfortable and suited our needs as a family of 4. We couldn't get enough of the spectacular view from the living area and balcony! My only suggestion would be to provide linen and towels.

Polwarth Heights is a beautiful house, I love the big deck facing the ocean capturing beautiful view. The house has everything you need. Modern interior, new & clean. Me & my friends were really enjoy staying here for our weekend get away.

Excellent location

Polwarth Heights is excellently located and has breathtaking views. The house is enjoyable and filled with high quality and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our stay, but unfortunately it was mared by a small incident. Upon arrival we discoverd a cleaning related issue in the kitchen, when we reported this to the owner we were told to sort the issue out ourselves. Note; this was a one off problem and was not representative of the rest of the house, which was very clean and tidy. Also the owner offered us a 100% refund if we had decided not to continue with the rental. I do however think the owner needs to be more responsive to guests concerns and willing to actively step in and resolve problems. This incident soured an otherwise extremely enjoyable weekend.

I did not have a local cleaner to call on at the time and was not prepared to drive 4 hours to attend to a matter that the guests could fix in a few minutes. I pride myself on presenting a clean home and, as Chris stated, our home was "very clean" apart from this one small issue.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Polwarth heights. The view from the enormous deck is absolutely amazing. There is a lovely outdoor setting allowing for very relaxing lunches and dinners. The walk to and fom the beach and the main shopping strip is direct and only takes just over 5 minutes. The accommodation is clean, basic and comfortable. Our teenager children thoroughly enjoyed their holiday at Polwarth heights and all the things Lorne had to offer.
