Set on an elevated position, this family size home offers commanding views across Loutitt Bay, from the Pier to Aireys Lighthouse.
The residence provides huge living/entertaining areas, both inside and out, all capturing the spectacular coastline outlook. Light-filled, airy with vaulted ceilings, polished timber floors and masses of glass.
Just a 5 minute walk to the shopping strip and the main beach, yet providing a quiet secluded retreat amongst the trees and birdlife.

Quoted price based on 6 adults occupying the property.
Quoted rates may not include long weekends, school holidays and peak periods, please check with owner.
Peak Season - Summer Period we seek min. 7 night bookings
LONG WEEKENDS - Labour day, Anzac, Queens Birthday, special event weekends etc. 3 night min., Easter 4 night minimum.
No pets.
We do not accept schoolies.
No event related bookings, wedding/birthday etc.
