This beautiful home is perfectly positioned to soak in the magic of the coast. From the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, step out onto the upper deck and take in panoramic views of the ocean, surf, beach, and the Aireys Inlet Lighthouse. Wake early to catch the sunrise over the water and the lighthouse—a moment of peace you won’t forget.

Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled family getaway, Beach View is the ideal base. Spend your days swimming, strolling, or rock pooling at nearby Steps Beach, then head out for a bite at the Aireys Pub, local bookshop, mini golf, or enjoy a treat at the Lighthouse Café—famous for its milkshakes.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Close to the beach

Perhaps my review is no different to any of the reviews before it. Place is close to the beach only real advantage. No real ocean view as its obscured by beaches. Bedrooms were really dusty. Drive way not maintained, watch for branches scratching your car. The place has real potential, it's unfortunate that it's not maintained.

Thank you - great spot

Well located, seperate downstairs playroom with tv for kids and the view is something special for those who don't frequent the ocean road as you are perched above it and can see across to the lighthouse. We were treated to bird visitors (cockatoos, rosellas and currawongs) on the deck (which is compact) and even a couple of passing hangliders which we saw while making a cuppa in the kitchen. A unique property. The deck does need new flooring and pressing repair - just don't dance on it or move furniture legs or you may fall through. We certainly didn't. Decor is simple, and yes - the driveway is steep (as some reviews we saw mentioned) but with views of water out nearly every window, who cares! Thanks for letting us stay.
