Vintage Sunrise Inverloch
Within walking distance to Inverloch's cafes, beaches, parks and reserves, this property will provide affordable and comfortable accommodation for a family or group of up to 6, pet friendly.
Situated on a large block with a safe, fully fenced backyard, the children and your fury friends will enjoy playing whilst the parents rest and retreat on the huge back deck. This area will provide all year-round entertainment under cover.
The cottage comprises 3 rooms; the Master bedroom with intricate ceiling rose has a Queen size bed and split system heating/cooling. There is a brightly decorated bunk room and at the rear of the house a bedroom with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is modern with a gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher and is adjacent to the funky-retro dining table, with views out to the rear yard. Original glass sliding doors open into the lounge area which is well furnished, with large flat screen TV & DVD Player and is air-conditioned.
There is a multipurpose sunroom, providing access to the laundry and a separate toilet. The bathroom, is quaint, in its original state with a pedestal sink and shower over the bath.
At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
