Gorgeous country cottage at Main Ridge, near Red Hill

Come and enjoy a country getaway in our cosy cottage in stunning Main Ridge (Red Hill). Perfect for couples or families and pet friendly. You will love the peace and quiet with nothing in sight but serene farmland.

Just over an hour from Melbourne, and so close to all you will want to visit on the Peninsula. The best local wineries and food are close by, as are beaches and the Hot Springs.

Freshly painted and furnished, The Cottage is also flat and accessible for those with low mobility.

We have recently added a detached studio area with foldout queen bed (very comfortable) and additional toilet and kitchenette, which is made available for bookings of 4 or more guests. there is a glorious outdoor shower beside the main deck

Fantastic getaway

The property is lovely, well maintained and in a great position to do lots of different things on the peninsula, such as wine tasting and swimming at Point Leo to name a few. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our requests I can highly recommend this property for not only a comfortable stay but a truly delightful experience Thank you for sharing your house with us

Resplendent in Red Hill

We have stayed in many Stayz and AirBNBs in our time - this is the best of them. Everything is carefully curated for a fabulous stay - clean, comfortable and considered, from the high quality beds and outdoor areas to the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor shower was an unexpected and welcome delight, as was the pleasant outlook over the neighbouring farm.Aside from being a delight in itself, the cottage is positioned within about 10-15 minutes of some of the most delightful wineries on the peninsula, and other great activities such as farm visits, wineries, and swimming/bathing. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay and cannot wait to return. Thank you sincerely for sharing your home with us.

The Cottage-Pet friendly

Great place for a get away from the City, close to plenty to do in the area. Pet friendly property and the best pot belly stove to enjoy.

Wonderful week at The Cottage

We have just returned from a lovely week in Main Ridge. The house is wonderful, well equipped and spacious. Having 2 living areas was great, given that we are family with 3 small boys. It gave me (plus husband and mother-in-law) enough space so that we weren't on top of one another. The house is located in a great area. Close to all the beaches and tourist attractions, plus wonderful wineries and restaurants. To have all of that, and still feel like you are in the country was fantastic. The best part, just over an hour from Melbourne. Perfect! Thank you.
