A nice stay for extended family visit

Melissa’s home is a clean and peaceful space for an extended family weekend in Waco. Close to Cafe Homestead and Baylor we enjoyed escaping the crowds while still having proximity to campus.

This was the perfect location for our family get together. Melissa was great! Great memories made!

Location is perfect for some time away from the city traffic but close enough to be able to go get what we needed. House was amazing.

Perfect for our girls’ weekend

We enjoyed this home for our girls’ weekend. Close enough to enjoy Baylor and Magnolia but with a great outdoor area to enjoy the stars at night. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and plenty of bedrooms for our group. It does need a hair dryer as we couldn’t find one. The neighborhood is nice and we felt very safe.

Quite and Serene Family Home

Perfect for our extended stay

What a wonderful home for our week-long visit to Waco! The property was clean and comfortable for all 7 of us. We especially enjoyed the huge backyard! Melissa was readily available to answer any questions and even went out of her way to quickly replace a broken TV. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, spacious home and property.

I booked this property for my mother’s 85th birthday celebration. The home is located in a quiet community with friendly neighbors. The home was spacious enough for the attendees and didn’t feel cramped at all. Great outdoor area too with a huge backyard. There was ample firewood provided for the fireplace and the fire pit was ready to go. Upon leaving my mother said “We may see you again”! Great time had by all!

Great size house

The house was lovely and the backyard was huge. Our dogs were so happy but I didn’t realize the backyard was not fenced so that caused a little problem. While the master was lovely, there was no place to hang out clothes because the master closet was locked. The house was just far enough away from the traffic so that you could relax but only a 13 min drive to the Silos.

I will make a note that the back yard is not fenced. Sorry if I did not mention. I will make sure and hang tv on wall in master so that the armour can be used for clothes. Thanks for the review.

Excellent, quiet property that is perfect for a family gathering or group trip. Everything was as described. The backyard is wonderful with a nice patio and area for grilling and relaxing. Spacious kitchen with plenty of amenities is also a plus. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended property!

Darling farmhouse in Waco

We loved our stay in Waco at this comfortable, darling farmhouse. It was my husband and I, our 5 adult children and our 2 year old granddaughter. We were in town for Baylor University Graduation. It was perfect. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the University, downtown Waco, etc. it is so comfortable, and has everything you need. The grounds are massive and it was perfect for the grandparents to come back for lunch after graduation. The host is lovely and so easy going…we will definitely be back!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this cute VRBO!

Great Location. Super Comfy

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a beautiful location and just far enough from town that it was very quiet. The house was cozy comfy. Perfect spot if you want to get away and truly relax. Very roomy. I would highly recommend this home for anyone.

Comfy stay in the country!

The house was a great layout for a rental! Rooms were big and separated for privacy purposes. Beds were ALL extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all you need. Melissa was very accessible at all times. I would highly recommend this house!
