This is a wonderful flat for all seasons. During the winter months it's very cosy with the heating on and bright and airy during the summer.
Also, given it's very Central London location, it always amazes me just how quiet it is.
Our guests will be surrounded by some of the best galleries in the world. The National Gallery is literally opposite the flat, the British Museum and Royal Academy are with minutes.
There's also a fantastic range of restaurants all within a very short everything from you class Michellin Star places to more hip street food places. We ahem our own guides available in the flat if you need some local advice as to where is good to eat.
Whole Foods have one of their largest branches in the Uk about a seven minute walk from the flat.
There's also a 24 Co OP supermarket with a very good selection of food and wine within a two minute walk. This is very useful for guests that are arriving late night or ultra early in the morning. We're more than happy to arrange both early and late check ins at no extra charge.
For those who enjoy shopping, you'll be totally spoiled for choice. From high end all the way down to large branches of Primark and TK Maxx, there is something for every budget. We also suggest a visit to Fortnum and Masons just up the road for the ultimate British Department Shop experience. It really is a stunning store with some of the best window displays.
A great day out would be wandering the cobbled streets of Covent Garden. Here you'll find more than 80 fashion beauty and lifestyle shops and discover the delights of the Apple Market with stalls that sell everything from silver trinkets to flowers and street food.Covent Garden is also home to the two main opera houses of London,The ENO is a five minute walk from the flat and the Royal Opera House a ten minute walk away. For those coming over for the Christmas Season, the production of the Nutcracker at the ENO is a great show for children and adults alike.
Charing Cross Road, once made famous by the film 84 Charing Cross Road is still home to numerous bookshops.Yes, some have gone many years ago, but there's still a great feeling to this street with Henry P being one of the best. Then there's Cecil Court ,a truly unique parade of independent shops. This street was used in the making of the Harry Potter films and attracts tourists from across the world in search of Potter money!
For those travelling with children(or for your inner child)a trip to nearby Hamley's Toy Shop is a must. The place has a vast selection for children of all ages. There's also the nearby Pollocks Toy Museum in Fitzrovia which sells very unique gifts to take back home.
Where would London be without its pubs? This flat is located to some of the best pubs in London. In fact there's one just downstairs called the Admilrity which serves a great selection of lagers, stouts and also a fantastic Sunday Roast!

The flat is exactly as described. The location is amazing. We had a great stay in London. The amenities helped make our stay more enjoyable. The host was very helpful in providing information about our arrival and how to get the most out of our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you for everything.
Our first time to London and we loved it. The location could not be beat. Near the Horse Guards, Buckingham Palace, pubs and much more. The bed was small but mighty and it did get very cold when it snowed. The place was tidy and simple and met all our needs. I’d love to come back.

Thank you very much for your review.
Very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
We have just replaced the bed with a larger UK king size.
Please come back soon.
Very clean with everything on hand that we needed. Great central location to underground, local convenient shops and souvenirs. Host was very timely in his responses to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!
Four nights, great access to the theater district. Very clean, great communication, the property manager checked us in, could use some better furniture, couch, chairs, etc. The bed & pillows were passable.
The location is excellent! Walkable to most major landmarks. The host is wonderful- responsive and flexible. The flat has slightly different furniture than on the picture. My only problem was a bed in the bedroom- very small and uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s even a queen size, maybe a double which can fit 2 people barely.
Great place, great location! Exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! 3 women and we felt very safe. Also loved the pub downstairs. So close to everything!
Superb property on Trafalgar Square. Very well appointed. Good value.

Thank you. I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay. I hope to welcome you back on next visit to London. I'm also pleased to read that you think the flat is good value for its size and location .Best Wishes for future travels.
Perfectly located across from Trafalgar Square. Easy walk to Leicester Square, Chinatown, Soho and Covent Garden, etc. Great flat, with very high ceilings. Well-furnished and full kitchen. LOVE IT! Second time there, and would come back anytime.
I am surely will book this property whenever i come to London. The apartment is in excellent condition and the owner is very helpful and understanding. There’s nothing to complain as everything was excellent. Thanks James!!
We loved the apartment. Amazing high ceilings and surprisingly quiet with trafalgar square so close. VERY close to theater district and St James area.
Tube close.
Loved the giant Tub to soak after walking miles. Thank you so much.
Don't expect a relaxing stay inside the property or to use the balcony, there's too much construction/city noise and the balcony is tiny and unsafe, but if you treat it as a base to explore London from it's fantastic. Pub downstairs, bus stop basically on the corner adjacent, tons of sights, shops, cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. If you plan to spend any amount of time in the property, just book a hotel instead. But for us, this worked just fine since we packed a ton of sightseeing into the week
Property was exactly as described. James was great at checking us in and responding to us. The location, while busy, was perfect for our trip’s itinerary. There is road work and construction in the area which seems to be the London norm.
This flat is everything it says it is! Excellent location! Brand new, gorgeous interior and the BEST LOCATION EVER!!!!! We arrived early and James was there to greet us and check us in. We never wanted to leave!!! Don't hesitate with this one! Thank you James for making our trip to London the best!

Thank you! I'm so pleased you had a great time at the flat. I hope to welcome you back on your next visit to the UK.
This property is in a prime tourist location. It was good, but not excellent. The construction going on during the weekday can't sleep in after 8am. The ceilings were high like the pictures. The beds and linens needs upgrading along with the flooring, shower/toilet. We made the best of our 6 nights stay. James was great checking us in. We had a great time in the UK!

Thank you for your comments about your stay. I'm so pleased you enjoyed its Central London location . I'm sorry to hear that the construction in the area disturbed your sleep . The West End is a very vibrant area and some level of noise is to be expected . I do my best to ensure that the flat is a comfortable place to stay and I do feel that the beds and bedding always look lovely and are of good quality . I do hope it represented good value for money given its size and location . Thank you for leaving it in such a clean state . You were wonderful guests and I'm glad you enjoyed London .
Best wishes for future travels
James

Great Location , but very noisy.
The location was excellent to walk to everything ! Bus stops right out side your door . But there is construction 20 feet from the window , starts up at 7 AM . loud ! Banging , trucks . Then all day and night heavy traffic sounds , horns blaring ,police sirens going off. Maybe good for a one or two day stay. Not a week. Place needs a refresh and paint, specially the bathroom. And a purge in the kitchen. Sharpen some knives !! remove some pot's , no one needs 10+ pots ! Bed was pretty small. I'm 6'2 . But all things being said , the location made up for most of it.
Great location: Easily accessible and central to popular sites in London
Stayed for 4 nights in May just prior to the coronation. Our host gave us easy to follow directions, and we had an easy commute in to Charing Cross from Heathrow.
The apartment sits above the Admiralty Pub; which in itself is not noisy, however the surrounding area is. If you are fine with the city hum this works fine. The pub is a great pit stop at the end of the day.. there are a number of restaurants close by, with Embankment and Charing Cross tube stations if you’d prefer farther afield. For groceries we would suggest the Sainsbury Local. Avoid the Tesco Express.
The apartment was clean. It has all the kitchen basics you’d need to make a meal, and a few extras. The knives could use a sharpening. The furniture is good; a couch and two chairs; investing in more comfortable chairs would be good.
Proximity to the sites was amazing and the key reason we chose it for a short stay. It worked out great.
Our stay here was wonderful. The location is amazing in the heart of the action. With a five minute walk you can be at Charring Cross or the Embankment tube station. Most of the primary tourist attractions are five or fewer stops. With an easy 10-15 minute walk, you can be at Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), Piccadilly Circus, or many other prime sites, and of course Trafalgar Square is right across the street. You cannot beat this location. Trafalgar Square can be loud, do not let that dissuade you. Open the windows and you can hear the city come alive in the morning, and hear the evening conversations happening at the pub below. When you shut the windows, you shut out the noise. We were amazed at how quiet the flat became when we shut the windows. If you travel in the summer, be aware there is no air conditioning. However, a fan in the bedroom and main living room provides air flow. Also, after a day of exploring opening the windows provides a lovely breeze and cools off the flat quickly. The flat comes furnished with plenty of seating, it is not the most comfortable but for the amount of time we were in the flat we had no issues. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook. There are three grocery stores within a five minute walk, Tesco Express, M&S, and Co-op.The bed is a full size, which is perfectly comfortable after a long day spent sightseeing. We had no issues falling asleep each night. Pick this flat you will love it
Pros: Pictures accurate, location excellent, good living space, good light, kitchen fine, Nespresso machine (original capsules)
Cons: Noisy at night, bed too small for two, elevator (lift) quirky (and sometimes would not go to our floor), heating--adequate only; smell (mold?) in entry area
We loved the location, but given the "cons," would not stay here again.
