This Kissimmee Holiday Rental is located minutes away from Orlando s Walt Disney World and Central Florida s favorite attractions in the exclusive community of Sunset Lakes, Florida. This is a gated community and is close to a wide array of restaurants and shopping malls. The home features a private swimming pool, and a billiards table, and is directly across the street from Sunset Lake s beautiful lake and fishing pier.

Your family will love the ample space in this four-bedroom villa, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The home offers a King bed in the master bedroom with an in-room bathroom and soaking tub. The family room s flat screen TV and complete entertainment center will give you a place to unwind after a day at the parks. Our management staff will be on hand to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need to make the most of your Orlando vacation!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. Thaigo was very communicative and helpful. A small thing but spoke volumes about the care and attention - we brought our dog and he had a dog mat and dishes out for our dog. First thing we saw! How thoughtful! House was clean! Had all the necessities and even a crockpot. Would definitely stay with Thiago again if dates work out! I felt safe walking our dog - community was great!

From the moment you enter the private gated community this is an amazingly relaxing, welcoming place to stay. We were in town from Ohio and after the long drive with 3 dogs this was perfect. The bedrooms were wonderful the living area and kitchen nearly perfectly stocked (we left a better pizza cutter and an ice cream scoop to add to it) and the welcoming gift for the dogs was a wonderful touch. The neighbors were super friendly and the extra to turn on the pool heater was totally worth it! We will be back!

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property and i absolutely love it! Location was prime for Disney (and not too far from Universal!). Thiago was great with communication and so helpful with check in and checkout process. Also a great choice if you are traveling with pets! They were most accommodating to my dogs and cat. I look forward to staying here again!

We always LOVE our stay at this beautiful house which is very clean, spacious, located in a quiet gated community and is convenient to theme parks (Disney and Universal being our favorites.Thiago is an AMAZING host, communicates with us before, during and after our stay which we appreciate. Fantastic Getaway

The house was in a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood. Communication between the owners was perfect. From the checking in to check out the process was without problems. The house was well stocked right down to the dog treats, bed and dog dishes the pool was a very nice escape in the afternoon too! We used the grill on the patio and They also had a crock pot which was a very nice surprise!

The house was clean and simple to check in and out. The owners / Managers of the propriety were very attentive with any items / concerns needed. The pool was clean! The location was great to get in and out of the parks. We are hoping to book again for next year’s vacation.
