This delightful renovated 3 bedroom property sits on the border of Rye...

This delightful renovated 3 bedroom property sits on the border of Rye and Blairgowrie and is only 400 metres from the Tyrone Foreshore.
The property has polished floorboards throughout, a huge split system heating/air conditioning unit and a wood coonara if required.
In one of the bedrooms there is a couch, TV and DVD player which creates a childrens retreat. There is a bathroom with shower and bath and a laundry with a separate toilet. The property is in a family oriented court and is fully fenced. The outdoor deck is terrific for relaxing and enjoying a BBQ with friends and family.
The property can easily accommodate 2 cars and there is room for a boat or jet ski.

Please note - Guests are to supply their own linen including sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bathmats, and tea towels or a linen service may be provided upon request.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Retro Ryegowrie. It is a basic beach shack set up but is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The yard is great for the dogs (however we do tie them up when going out as they can get out) and the front deck is lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sun.

Cozy Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies! The indoor fireplace made the house so cozy! The AC unit also worked great. The rooms were very spacious and it was great having a washing machine. Massive back yard and great front deck to have a bbq! The beach was only a short walk away. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We packed tea towels and a bath mat but the house had this. I would definitely book again!
