Perfectly located in the heart of Sorrento Township this beautifully presented luxury 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is an ideal destination for the discerning guest. An abundance of space & a high standard of decor.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Salt 19 is a new luxury penthouse apartment located right in the heart of the always popular Sorrento Village by the sea. Only minutes walk to the amazing variety of shops, Restaurants, Cafe's and the Sorrento Beach.

Beautifully presented, delightfully spacious and in the ideal location, all make for the perfect holiday destination.

The apartment is in the new Salt Complex and includes the use of a secure basement car park. There is a spacious and inviting entry hall to the apartment which opens out into the light filled lounge, kitchen and dining area with double sliding doors to a private balcony with BBQ, outdoor setting and views. The fully equipped kitchen is very well appointed and has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pod machine with easy serving to the 6 person dining area.

Master bedroom with queen size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.

Second bedroom with 2 single beds and TV.

Main bathroom with large walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.

Large TV, stereo and BluRay player in the lounge.

Linen and towels provided (byo beach towels).

Secure basement car park space.

Free Wifi and Foxtel Basic.

European Laundry with front load WM and 8kg dryer.

Long term rentals welcome.

Very clean, great location easy to park car in underground carpark. Check in and check out was easy.

Great restaurants , easy walk to beach and ice cream after dinner . Dinner on the balcony with the beautiful sunset. Overall a very easy fun safe getaway I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to come back .

Large, clean and centrally located with a lovely balcony. Short stroll to the beach. Clear check-in instructions, everything you may need in the apartment, wifi works a treat, underground parking was super convenient and it’s very dog friendly!! Will definitely be back!

Although a nice looking apartment in a great location this apartment had its issues with wifi, foxtel and ventilation. The cleanliness wasn’t the best. The bedroom as light issues at night from car park next door… location was perfect and apartment is spacious.

Great Place, very clean and lovely furniture.

Lovely and safe. You need more towels and a new mop. Your carpet in the second bedroom is lifting up and needs to be glued properly. you also need a hose to hose down the balcony and the BBQ needs cleaning on the outside because it has bird poo on it. You may also need to clean the BBQ cover. The property is lovely and clean and hope guests treat it as their own home because the furniture is beautiful and clean.
