Cozy time at Cozy Cottage

This cute little cottage was perfect for short getaway with my two adult children. Clean, comfortable, close to shops, restaurants and Clifty Falls state park. Kathe was a very easy and helpful host to work with and cottage was just as described. Would definitely recommend.

It is my pleasure to offer a cozy unique experience while visiting Historic Madison, Indiana and Clifty Falls State Park. I also have The Cozy Condo on The Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama if you want to enjoy the sandy beaches and rolling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I have been a Super Host on Airbnb since joining it in 2018.

I currently live in Gulf Shores, Alabama but I lived in Madison over 35 years. I owned and operated Once Upon A Time..., a clothing boutique for over 22 years on Madison’s hilltop.

I have retired 3 times, lol, but am now currently working full time as Receptionist Coordinator and Boutique Manager at CC’s Salon Day Spa & Boutique in Gulf Shores and manage my property listings.

This beautiful property sits in the art and culture of “Historic Downtown Madison“. It’s is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the Ohio River walk. It is located blocks from the Clifty Falls State Park entrance but only a short walk to the Ohio River which host festivals several times a year. It is not called “The Cozy Cottage on Main” for nothing. You’ll love the cottage, because of the welcoming and cozy atmosphere, from the furniture to the primitive decor. Perfect honeymoon spot or just a romantic weekend getaway.
