AMENITIES, AMENITIES, AMENITIES! This beautiful and extremely bright home was completed in October of 2018. It is an open concept home that features natural pine cathedral ceilings, four bedrooms, three full baths, a finished daylight/walkout basement with a family room, granite kitchenette, 70” television, and an air hockey table. The hot tub is located on the ground level and is completely secluded. There is ample parking in the paved driveway, an indoor gas fireplace, and a 36’ oversized deck with a portion covered for shade.
The home has a fully equipped granite kitchen with an island and a built-in microwave. There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and stainless-steel cookware set. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for three at the island. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, you will find most, if not all, of the staples necessary for cooking (spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.)
The second-floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed with private full bath and large flat screen television. There are two first-floor bedrooms with another full bath. The first bedroom has a full-sized bed with a 40” flat screen television. The other bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is another bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed and another full bath. For rainy day fun, there are more than a dozen family board games in the closet. There are even indoor snowballs for summer snowball fights!
There is a Ring doorbell that monitors the driveway, front yard, and entry. There are no other cameras in or on the property.
