The house is situated in a family orientated leafy Manning Park Precinct. The street is quiet so we ask that you respect our amazing neighbours restricting noise from 7PM WEEKDAYS and from 10PM WEEKENDS

Welcoming, homely, comfortable, modern, clean - suits all needs!

We were very impressed with the property. It was very clean and well presented. Modern appliances and mixed decor that made it very homely and comfortable. Everything you needed to set you up for your stay was supplied - bedding, towels, washing powder, kitchen staples, even down to Charlotte delivering fresh milk to us 😊

From the little things to the big things - just lovely!

My Mum, 2 kids and I stayed for one night. The house was immaculately presented, very comfortable with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. From books, board games, and colouring in, guitars, linen and a well stocked pantry and fridge. We all slept very well. Really close to Fremantle, less than 10 minute drive. It was my daughters birthday and Charlotte left balloons, party blowers and kinder surprises for both my daughter and son (so he didn't feel left out) - it was such a lovely and considerate gesture that my kids just loved. Wonderful hosts and a lovely house. Thanks so much for having us!

Absolutely beautiful house with lovely details

We loved our stay in this gorgeous house. The style and lovely touches make the property feel like a designer hotel. Also we liked a short driving distance to Coogee beach which is ideal for kids. Thanks so much to the hosts for the wonderful experience.

Great space! Super clean, perfect host!!!

A great house!! In a quiet neighbourhood not far from the centre, a really nice space. We celebrated New Years in the house, all the rooms are a good size, very comfy beds and a nice outside area too! The bored games kept us entertained and the sombreros went straight on!! The yoghurts, milk, coffee and everything else in the fridge and cupboards (there was plenty) was perfect, when you’re staying for 2 days there’s nothing worse than having to buy salt and pepper etc as you come to an empty house but Charlotte’s place had everything and more which was very appreciated! If your looking for a place close to the centre but in a quiet location I couldn’t recommend this house more! Very clean, absolutely no problems with anything! Charlotte poped around to say hello too, very friendly and helpful. Next time we head back to Fremantle i’lol look up your place first!! Thanks again, Paul
