Great location and restaurants. Getting down the steps to the beach is a little effort if you have any mobility issues but it was worth it. I was recovering from a broken foot - just out of my tall walking boot. Marnie was awesome when we lost power from the wind to reset house alarm. The power went out shortly before we left for dinner reservations. Was on when we arrived back. That night was a terrific thunder and lightning storm. We would come back.

We were thrilled with this lovely property. It was even better than we had hoped. It was spotless and impeccably maintained. The ocean views from the living areas and all the bedrooms are spectacular. The kitchen was thoughtfully well-stocked with quality items. The steam shower and hot tub, both over-looking the ocean, were appreciated splurges. The stairs down to the beach are solid, and conveniently adjacent to the property. The staircase is used by other people, but it was not bothersome as people are looking at the ocean and not trying to peer into the home. Booking, check-in, and check-out were a breeze. This is our new favorite beach home.

This house is great, the views are amazing, clean, very well stocked, beds are comfortable, check in was easy, a couple of hiccups but nothing worth mentioning. Our family had a great relaxing time would stay here again.

perfect girls trip

This house was so beautiful, well thought out and clean. The views and access to the beach were amazing. Short distance to many sight seeing spots and restaurants. We will definitely try to come back!

Great house

We had a wonderful family vacation with 2 adults, 2 seniors, a teen, and a kid and we all had a blast. The movie room was perfect. Beach access was so close. And the small park and pool was really unique to the coast. I would come again. The views were outstanding!

Oregon stay Seaamor

Wonderful. Beautiful house right on the beach. Opened windows and heard ocean all night. Peaceful - yet so much to do!!! Also loved the outdoor hot tub on the beach and sauna shower! Highly recommend.

This was the most beautiful, relaxing beach house i have ever been to. Loved the family games, the hottub, and the view!! Worst part, was VRBO charged us what the price of the rental was. VRBO should be ashamed for charging that much.

Hello ocean! You won’t even want to leave this house!

I agree with so many positive previous reviews, this house has it all. A few more pros others haven’t mentioned: fridge has a built in water filter, coffee appliances include Nespresso, Keurig and drip coffee maker (with one day starter supply for each), second sink in the kitchen makes co-cooking a pleasure, primary and guest beds were very comfy. Slight cons that did not impede our stay: there was a burnt smell to the bedroom with twin beds (we didn’t have need for that room but tried to air it out), and the dining chairs are too low for the dining table, making it slightly awkward/uncomfortable to eat there (all average to tall adults in our party). I would recommend and stay again as the pros far outweigh these couple minor issues and we had a wonderful stay overall.

GORGEOUS view!

Lovely, very well stocked home. Absolutely amazing views. Only downsides were all the stairs. In the house and for the beach access. Lol. It also was a bit inconvenient that the garage is usable but no code was given even though the welcome book said one should have been. When we called we were told garage codes aren’t given out. So we had a lot of stairs and going around if we wanted to park in there. Not the end of the world but worth noting. Overall a very nice stay and would stay here again.

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless, views spectacular, location perfect. I've rented properties with photos that did not accurately portray the condition of the home. That is not the case with this house. It was incredibly tidy, beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. The windows offer stunning views, steam shower in the master suite, comfortable furniture, and lots of blankets. I love to cook! The kitchen was well stocked with good quality small appliances, herbs, cookware, and everything we needed for lovely meals. The hot tub malfunctioned, which was quickly addressed by property management. The were incredibly professional, and prompt. The absolute best experience I've ever had with property managers. I loved being located right on the stairs down to the beach. It's a beautiful walk along the beach, definitely not for swimming. We were here end of February 2021, and the waves were raging. The roar of the ocean was so nice to fall asleep to. Here are the only (very minor) suggestions I would love to see on a return visit - granulated garlic, rubber spatulas, and better pillows in the master suite. I know, minor and inconsequential just would have made it PERFECT! You need to be pretty physically fit because there are lots of stairs in the house and going down to the beach. I would say it is not a handicap friendly property if you need those accommodations. We are very much looking forward to a return visit and any property Meredith Lodging Manages.

When we arrived at the property, it appeared to match the pictures. However, it didn’t take long to uncover several significant issues. The carpet was aging and worn, an alarming amount of sand was beneath the living area rug, and an unpleasant odor pervaded the house. It was not appropriately cleaned. While we could have overlooked some of these problems, there was a strong smell of mold emanating from the second-floor bathroom drains. Our attempts to eliminate the odor with bleach was futile, as the mold scent returned within an hour.Given the serious health risks associated with mold exposure, we promptly contacted Meredith Lodging to address the situation. We notified them that we would be vacating the property that morning, as it was already 2 AM, and both of us were experiencing headaches and respiratory issues. The maintenance technician acknowledged the odor the next morning but failed to provide viable solutions. After our conversation with him, we left the property.Though Meredith initially promised a refund or relocation assistance, we quickly realized we would need to take matters into our own hands. We stayed in a hotel for the remainder of our vacation. We have to fight for our 4,000 that we spent on a vacation home that posed health risks. Meredith Lodging is horrible, and all they did was lie, lie, lie. I would RUN from Meredith Lodging properties!!! It's probably less stressful if you throw your money in a fire.

Great house

This was an awesome house to stay at. Although when arriving for check-in, they were still cleaning. We were told that someone was supposed to have called us to advise it wouldn’t be available for 4:00 check in. Lots of great amenities, and great place to stay.

Access to beach is only draw back if you have issues with climbing up or down stairs.
