Located beachside you can hang out on the sandy shores of Daytona Beach Shores, visit many of the shops, or walk across the street for a family fun day of mini golf. We also have a gym and billiards/game room for your use.

This lovely home is a 3 bedroom 2 baths split floor plan with tile throughout. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a great breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals on the oversized balcony with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. This condo is located close to all the action that Daytona Beach has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves.

The best way to get around Daytona Beach is by car, so bring your most impressive set of wheels to roll around this automobile-obsessed city. And enjoy the fact that unless it's a race day, traffic shouldn't be problem. Don't forget, we are one of the last beaches where you can drive and park on the sand in designated places.

Everything was fantastic! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and the view was amazing. Everything from shops to grocery stores and restaurants were close by, either in walking distance or a very short drive. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips.

We had an amazing last minute trip to the beach. This property was amazing and in a great location. All you need to bring is groceries as they have everything else for you. The only thing that could have made it even better is if they allowed small dogs so we could have brought our fur baby!

As we walked in all 4 of us said "WOW" and the wow factor remained for the whole 10 days. Spotlessly clean, beautiful apartment, perfect location, spacious and really good, quality fittings. I honestly don't think we could have chosen better and I would love to think we can come back soon. Faye is a delight to deal with but never intrusive, just very helpful and informative e plus always on hand if needed. The whole experience has been faultless....just don't want to go home!

This condo was beautiful and came with all necessities for cooking, cleaning, beach fun etc. The condo was clean and well maintained. It is not directly oceanfront but does have a view of the beach from its side balcony. The pool/hot tub was still under construction during our stay but the owner does mention this in the listing. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and the location was great! I had teenage kids with me who enjoy playing beach games such as volleyball and spike ball. This location was difficult for these activities due to high tides, narrow beach and the vehicles going past but a short drive to Ormond beach gave us the room we needed for those activities. There was also designated areas where vehicles cannot drive if you have younger children but it would require a short drive as well.

Best vacation in years

To me this was by far the best vacation that we have had that I can remember. It was my wife and I along with our daughter son-in-law and two granddaughters 17 and 20 years old. This condo was magnificent it was beautiful it had a great view it was on the 11th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning until the end. Amy the property manager is excellent anything I brought to her attention whether it needed attention at the time or in the future she was receptive to anything that didn’t need attention like a dead battery in the garage door opener she had fixed by the next morning she communicates well and takes pride in what she does. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to go to Daytona Beach Shores area and have an excellent place to stay.

I was born in Arizona and raised in southern California. I attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. My success in this field would allow me to rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.

Why they chose this property

Just 5.5 miles long, the city features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Residents and visitors alike take advantage of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun. Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.

What makes this property unique

Daytona Beach Shores is a unique community, which serves as a beachside retreat and a vibrant municipality. It is proud of its heritage, yet it looks toward the future. Whether it is the beach, parks, recreational opportunities, or restaurants, Daytona Beach Shores has something for everyone.

First organized in 1960 by local business leaders convinced that a smaller community could provide better services to its residents, the City was incorporated on April 22, 1960. It is located between unincorporated Wilbur-by-the-Sea to the south and Daytona Beach to the north.
