Relax by the Cape - A hidden oasis
This eco friendly holiday home provides a perfect place to relax in comfortable surroundings. Downstairs features sunken north facing lounge, light filled and cross flow ventilation capturing the southerly seabreezes. The kitchen opens on to dining room and glass doors to alfresco decked areas. Tasmanian Oak floorboards flow throughout the home, gas fired hydronic heating and cooling. Laundry, and powder room, double garage with access to backyard. 3 bedrooms and tv/kids area.
Within a 5 minute walk to the surf beach and the inlet its a perfect holiday destination for those with small children and the bigger kids at heart
