Great stay

Terrific property located in a very quiet neighborhood but within a 5 minute drive of vineyard haven and 15 to Edgartown. The property was clean and in great shape. Definitely will stay there in the future again.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful Vineyard Haven home. The water views are even more impressive in person, expansive, peaceful, and visible throughout the main living areas.Hosts were excellent, very easy to work with and very responsive.The house is bright, spacious, comfortable, very well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a week on Martha’s Vineyard. The open living area and abundance of windows make the most of the spectacular setting,The Vineyard Haven location is an excellent home base. Convenient for enjoying the island while still feeling peaceful and removed when you’re at the house.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others. Beautiful views, a comfortable and well-appointed home, and a truly relaxing Vineyard experience. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Place

This was our third time staying at this house. It has everything one could ask for inside and out for a perfect getaway. The pictures are accurate, it really is that nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home overlooking Lagoon Pond. We appreciated that the house was well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. Dan was a great host - easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. We plan to stay here again next year!

This is a wonderful house on a very private road, Dan was a very responsive owner that communicated early and often about the house. The entire experience was above our expectations with the property and owner. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

We honestly couldn't have been happier. Dan and Nikki are wonderful and absolutely love their home. It's comfortable with everything you need. And the view is relaxing and peaceful. It was a dream to come to Martha's Vineyard and so glad we did. Thank you for helping make it come true

Great house

First time renting a VRBO. Dan was very patient and helpful with the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was exactly as described and comfortable for my family of 5. The location is very convenient as well. Look forward to coming back to MV and staying here.

A wonderful place for a week on MV

House had everything we needed for a great week. We're always appreciative of hosts that provide the things that you need so you don't have to buy: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And they also provided all toiletries and other essentials like bug spray! We loved the location for SUPing and kayaking. So close to Vineyard Haven too. Highly recommend!!!

Owners under promise - over deliver. House exceeded our expectations and mine run high I am told. The views are mesmerizing. Location is great. There were so many little thoughtful extras. Everything was perfect!

Perfect Get Away

What can I say! This home was perfectly situated on a private road and beach. The views were amazing. The home is tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. There wasn’t one thing that I needed that wasn’t already in the home. From coffee pods to seasoning for those that chose to cook while on vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. Dan and Nikki were great hosts.

Our vacation was everything we wanted! The house was perfect for two couples who like to read, cook and laugh together. The internet access was very good, the kitchen well appointed. The beds! We slept like babies, I requested the brand of the mattress. Extremely clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Exceptional!

This two level home is perched on a beautiful hill overlooking the lagoon in a quiet neighborhood near Vineyard Haven and a little further is Edgartown. There is access to a small beach with lounge chairs. We rented a kayak which was delivered by water from Vineyard Haven and it was lovely to be on the lagoon. The property is very clean and fully and thoughtfully loaded with all the comforts one would need - coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, etc. There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, detergents and dryer sheets. The house has three decks. Parking is on site and there is a beautifully manicured area from the parking site to the home. A groundskeeper cleaned the property during our stay. The photos are very accurate and the hosts are extremely responsive and welcoming. Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in this lovely home. Updated, clean, well appointed, great water views, open floor plan, large master bedroom...I could go on and on. We were travelling with our 2 adult children and my son's girlfriend, so the set up was perfect. The house let's in a lot of light and the sun rises early so bring your eye masks! The bedroom windows did have draperies. However, you will still get lots of light coming in at 5:30am. We took advantage of it and went on early walks before the day heated up. And enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lagoon. Additionally, the host was very responsive to the few questions we had. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. This place is a winner!

This was a terrific experience. The hosts were very responsive and we found the home to be exactly as described. They were quick to respond to inquiries and made the stay very enjoyable. We were extremely impressed with how well stocked the home was with everything we needed for the week. To top it off, we were completely surprised that we were allowed use of their kayaks. The kids loved it! The view was fantastic and it is the picturesque view you think of with boats tied to moorings throughout the water. A fun sight was the youth sailing lessons my wife and I got to watch in the mornings while having our coffee on the deck.We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and could not ask for better hosts. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Martha’s Vineyard.

Perfect island abode

Lovely home was better than described . It was very comfortable, modern and just right for my husband, myself and our two sons who are in their 30s! We came to the island to attend a wedding this weekend in Edgartown, and we enjoyed being a short distance from town in a lovely picturesque setting. Dan was responsive throughout our booking procedure and all was perfect. We will come back and stay here again!

This home has an amazing setting, with outstanding water views and a great, quiet location yet close to town. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, including all the necessities such as kitchen and bath supplies. The interior of the home is beautiful and well maintained. We felt right at home. Amazing Place
