Location, Location, Location. Imagine fixing a meal while enjoying the sunset, or maybe watching the whales from our perfect beach front location on Kamaole One beach. This main floor beach front paradise is perfect for you.

With over 1300 sq feet of main floor living, unit 4 of Kamaole One is the largest layout of an exclusive boutique condominium complex. Beautifully appointed, with special touches including a personal outdoor electric grill station, espresso maker, quality entertainment system, and a private sanctuary off the master bedroom .

Parking is conveniently located just outside your door, yet the walking destinations are endless. An abundance of restaurants, lounges, shops, and Kihei’s largest park are all easily assessable. Not to mention several miles of beaches waiting to be explored.

To make the most of our family favorite beachfront location, we supply beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. If surfing or SUP is your choice of adventure, a rental store is located near by so you won’t miss the waves around the corner at Cove Park.

If you don't want to pack for every conceivable situation, we have you covered from terry robes to umbrellas, we want to make your stay a five star experience.

To encourage you to extend your stay, we offer a 5% discount for stays over 14 nights, or 15 % for stays of 28 nights +. Interm house keeping may also be available for a fee.

the condo had everything! just steps from the beach but the ground floor lanai had a lawn and hedge to separate it from public lands. the condo was immaculate and extremely well-maintained. the kitchen had everything you would want. there were coolers and beach chairs/umbrella to borrow. it was easily walkable to businesses, restaurants, food trucks. host was very responsive when we had questions, and he provided a notebook which described many things to do, places to eat, etc on the island.

An absolute gorgeous location to have the ease of access to the beach with a private little yard to play in. It was a perfect location for a family with littles to enjoy. All about the view

A really great place, we loved it. Nicely decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the lanai watching the view, the sunsets, and the beach activity. So relaxing and close to all amenities. Would definitely rent this place again.

Great spot close to town, beaches, and surfing.

The place was fantastic. Great views and proximity to the beach and town. We enjoyed stepping right out onto the beach and having our own outdoor shower to clean off all the sand and salt water. Central air conditioning was so good and the place was stocked with everything we needed. It was great for 4 maybe 5 max. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Amazing location on Kam 1 beach. We utilized the 2 bedroom setup, put our son in the master bedroom at the back so we could listen to the waves from the oceanfront bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our adult children. The view out the door was amazing! Sunsets are perfect! The beds were very comfortable, A/C was cold, and the location was great. We will be making another trip over! Rent it, you won’t be sorry.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay with my wife and 2 daughters. Direct beach access with incredible sunset views every evening. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well as an ABC store to grab anything you need. The property was super clean and quiet. It was stocked with everything we could have needed for a 6 day stay. Can’t recommend this place enough and will be back again in the future.

Long time visitors to Maui, we happened upon this gem of a location and the perfect beach over 20 years ago. After staying in the complex for the past several years, we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase it. Not only were we lucky enough to get the largest ground floor layout, we are nicely protected by a giant monkeypod tree. Imagine sipping lemonade on a lounge chair while watching the waves roll in.

Why they chose this property

Other than a true beach front location, on one of the worlds most perfect beaches, we are perfectly situated within easy walking distance to several restaurants and lounges. In addition we offer several of the little touches others may not. Our condo is stocked with those little items you may miss in others, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet tissue, paper tissue, kleenex, laundry detergent, a considerable collection of spices and oils, toiletry kit including q-tips, bandaids, nail files, hair ties ear plugs and shower caps.
Larger items include central air-conditioning vs a wall unit, a bluetooth receiver for surround sound, umbrellas, terry robes, binoculars, a espresso machine, and two outdoor living areas. A beautiful beach view coupled with a stunning courtyard dining area.
