The upstairs master bedroom also has a near new Danske Mobler double sofa bed. Sleeps 10 comfortably or 12 if 2 small children wish to share the sofa bed . All beds have quality linen.
The 3 bathrooms are modern and spacious with room to store your toiletries.
Downstairs has a kitchenette with dishwasher and washer dryer, dining table and lounge area with TV/DVD. This all looks out over the harbour and there is a private courtyard off to the side.
Upstairs has huge living spaces all of which look out over the harbour and open onto a deck, the massive lounge has reclining loungers and large TV, the dining area has an extendable table, the kitchen has all you will need and there is a seating area off the kitchen again opening onto a deck.

There are full laundry facilities both upstairs and downstairs.

There are kayaks and paddleboards to use on the water right across the road and bikes to explore the area.
Loads of great walking tracks in the area as well as fantastic beaches. Plenty of golf courses around, try a different one each day.

Great Whangarei restaurant "Top Sail" is just a few mins walk along the waterfront and the famous Parua Bay Tavern is about a 12 min drive. Heads Up Adventure Bike Park is 5 mins away as is the local airport.
The property is situated at the beginning of Whangarei Heads and its amazing beaches and walks. Tutukaka Coast is approx 40 mins away for great diving.
