The lower level has two queen bedrooms plus a large bonus room with a gas fireplace, one queen futon sofa sleeper, a TV, a kitchen, and patio doors that lead outside. Two families can share this home with ease, so you can plan a wonderful vacation with others. The house was very well stocked in all rooms and very clean. However, never have I been anywhere where the oppupancy was restricted to only the amount of beds this was 12 and we werent allowed visitors even though they were not staying. Very disappointing since we had family in the area.

Nice Location with wonderful views of the Ocean.

This was a cozy home located conveniently within Lincoln City. Nice space downstairs for our 17 & 18 year old boys to hang out. Would recommend to a friend.

Great location and view. Upstairs refrigerator was out of commission but they moved the downstairs fridge up to the main floor which we were grateful for. We would stay here again.

Harbor house

We had a great Mother's Day weekend at the house. Great view, short walk to beach access,, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals (except food, of course), so clean. Will definitely reserve again.

That view is breathtaking!

A wonderful Memorial Day Vacation

Had a fantastic stay with kids and grandkids. We’ve stayed at this property once before, and it is a great spot. Within walking distance of fun little shops, a 30 second walk to beach access, and amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of room to sit as a family and play games while watching the waves. Booking process and communication with the host was terrific. House was comfortable, with everything we needed … did we mention the views. Really a fun, comfortable and fantastic stay.

Celebration and Reunion

We went to Lincoln City to celebrate a husband, father, grandpa, and brother. My brother and his family vacationed in Lincoln City for many years and we thought it was a perfect location for a celebration of his life. Your house had ample space for our group to gather. The views were spectacular and the weather was great for our stay.
