This 4 master suite ocean-view beach house is in the heart of the Ocean Lake District in Lincoln City. Beautifully furnished with plenty of space for your family and friends. A large, well-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances makes preparing a meal easy and fun! You can sip some cocktails while enjoying dinner at the granite countertop kitchen bar with friends; or have a warm family breakfast at the dining table while watching your favorite movies. The large living area is a great place to relax by the gas stone fireplace, there's a LCD TV with built-in Blu-ray player for your viewing pleasure.

There’s more space upstairs for relaxation and entertainment with an XBOX game system in the landing area. This two-story house is ideal for your family beach vacation or group of friends to catch up. It is well-equipped to accommodate about ten adults and four children. Before bedtime, the street is quieter to allow you a moment to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Every morning you will wake up with a cozy, relaxing feeling while enjoying great ocean views right on your beds from the front 2 Master Suites. You can also enjoy cups of warm coffee and ocean view directly from the front porch. Occasionally, you will catch the beautiful view of sunset from one of the master suites or walk directly across the street to your right, on the public walk, for a full view of the beach & sunset or Chinook Winds Casino fireworks. You will love your stay at Harbor Sand and enjoy it so much like you’re in your second home at the beach.

Beach access is steps away directly across the street to your left. You & the kids will have a good time building sand castles and running along the surf. You will enjoy the sunshine while walking the beach looking for agates and glass floats. At the end of a full or relaxing day, sit back and watch the sunset and stars over a beach bonfire or gather together around the living room fireplace or HDTV. If you have too much to carry to the beach, vehicles are permitted on the beach at this location.

Within 1 mile of driving North, you will be at D River Park, where the yearly Kite Festivals are always celebrated on the beach. Recreation Center with water activities, Public Library, Medical Services, Grocery Markets, Gas stations, and McDonald's are within a 2-mile radius. Golf Club is within another mile south. Lincoln City Outlet, with many big brands you can shop, is only 1.5 miles north of this vacation home. You can also catch the Shuttle Bus on this block to Chinook Winds Casino or drive South within 2 miles. Harbor Sand is the perfect beach house getaway for everyone!
