Cable Bay 3 Brm home close to the Beach with views.

Within 3 minutes' walk to the beach, est 120 metres. A fully sized house with 3 double bedrooms, an added bonus of a conservatory, the deck runs the length of the house with great sea views. (This home was built in 1955, so it is a bit dated, but it is comfortable) Dining table has 8 chairs. A BBQ on the deck for guests to use. The showers have very low pressure unfortunately. The 2nd bathroom is outside with shower and toilet in a little shed ideal for after your swim. Full size kitchen. Plenty of parking outside. A short walk to the beach and playground est 120 meters, then just a bit further along is a Shop/Takeaways/Cafe. Close to Coopers Beach with its small group of shops which includes a large 4 Square, Close to Mangonui with its lovely Restaurants. The Decoration is a bit dated. (Discount for 7 day or longer stay)

Smoking allowed outside only but be considerate to others.
Linen (included); Cleaning - please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it :)
Guests must adhere to the number of guests booked in, extra guest will not be tolerated, without prior consent.
Parties are not allowed as we have other tenants who live downstairs and noise should be kept to an acceptable level, with the noise level reduced after 10.00 pm.

This was a fantastic base from which to explore the far north, especially te Paki right up by Cape Reinga. When the weather packed it in a day later we enjoyed playing monopoly and watching the rain. Great stay thanks!

Great experience!

We recently stayed here while fishing in Doubtless Bay. The home is warm and comfy, we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and early mornings. Great view and location with friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other larger groups.

Our extended family stayed for 3 nights and we had a fantastic time. The Bach had loads of kids toys, beach umbrellas, chairs and everything we needed for a day at the beach which was only a 3min walk down the road. We live on a farm at Wellsford, We love the beach and go swimming when ever we can. I like to provide a home with all the comforts of a home but away at the beach. So as a suitable property came to our attention we purchased this lovely place.

We love Cable bay as I used to spend our holidays there and is very central to the lovely east coast beaches. The house is very close to the beach, is elevated so you enjoy beautiful views, the ideal holiday spot. Ideal property for all ages.

What makes this property unique

Its home away from home, all you require, close to the beach, The balcony runs the length of the house with views forever, North facing Views from most of the rooms of the house, Has a separate fridge/freezer in the laundry for beers, wines or spare food.
