Well kept, immaculate oceanfront suite with your own private balcony and a gorgeous ocean view - just steps to the beach !!

Room has a queen bed, brand new memory foam mattress, full sized pull out sleeper sofa, table for 4, heat, A/C, SmartTV, high speed internet, 1 dedicated (covered) parking space, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot pot,coin-operated washer and dryer on premises.

Rooms are highly insulated to minimize noise.

One set of bed sheets and bath towels are provided, coin-operated washer/dryer onsite, or bring more if preferred.

Greet the sunrise each morning, walk to the Hampton beach strip, shopping, or any of the area restaurants and concerts.

Parking spot has a hook to attach/lock your bike(s)

Pleasantly surprised. Amazing views and listening to the ocean while you sleep is so relaxing. Room was equipped with everything you needed. Would have like another face cloth and maybe a box of tissues. Pull out sofa bed was not terribly comfortable. Maybe consider an upgrade. All and all- a 9 out of 10

There was a mix-up about what day we were arriving, so the bed was not made when we arrived, but management took full responsibility for the mix-up and resolved the issue quickly. I was quite impressed with the way that management handled the issue. The description of the property was very accurate. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and it’s just a short walk across the road to the beach, which was very convenient.

Place was clean, balcony glass door worked very hard plus was missing handle on the outside and didn't lock,screen door was missing the handles, no instructions for operation of shower and the drain plug was missing. Bathroom sink was plugged so i had to unplug it myself. Linen was old and dingy. Other then that it was very nice place and good spot from the hustle and bustle.

Cute room with very responsive renters! Building had very nice people staying throughout. Loved the little beach across the street, not crowded. My 8 year olds tolerated the 15-20 minute walk to the strip. We were a bit bummed being in north Hampton but fell in love with it and plan to come back!

The access to the beach across the street was fantastic and the room was perfect for a family of 4. The bed though sunk in the middle and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. That was the only Con to the fantastic room. Ease of access and parking was perfect! the kids had a blast and we made great memories.

Beautiful location don’t mind the traffic it is a busy location. Sometime after 2am it gets quiet and you can hear the ocean waves. However you can not see the fireworks from this condo you can hear them but that’s it. Huge disappointment if we would have known ahead of time we would have went to boardwalk to watch them. Definitely needs a new bed the frame is broke and moves around and you sink right to the middle of bed because there is no support underneath. Communication was good with the management. Over all we had a good stay.

Previous guests were right!

I'll start with the positives. The location and the view from the balcony are wonderful. They are the reason I booked this property. However, in order to sit on the balcony and enjoy that view, you have to wrestle with a sliding glass door that needs repair. As mentioned by another reviewer, it requires great strength to open and close because it does not slide smoothly. There were no hand towels or washcloths for the bathroom, as mentioned by a previous reviewer. The ice machine in the listing does not exist and there is no freezer in the mini-fridge. Bring your own ice for drinks and a place to keep it frozen. The bed! Mentioned by several previous reviewers, it sags into the middle and makes scary noises, like the springs are going to be popping out at any time. Looked at the mattress on the last day... stained, fabric cover is shredded. No wonder it was so awful. Please replace this bed! Even a new cheap bed is preferable to something that is literally falling apart.

Location, parking, view was great. It definitely met our needs to be close to the festival and enjoy our time at the ocean. However, the mattress bowed in the middle, not comfortable sleeping in a "hole". The floor didn't feel very clean, there were crackers and such on the floor of the patio and the table on the patio hadn't been wiped down in quite some time. All in all, it met our needs and the checkin process was very easy and convenient.

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach

Our stay was wonderful, every morning I got to get up and have my coffee while listening to the waves crashing and a beautiful view of the beach. We went for daily walks on the boardwalk and on the beach did a couple of excursions to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery and of course enjoyed the beach.
