It is a completely private 2 bedroom (1 suite) townhouse, barbecue and small backyard completely private, kitchen with gourmet island, 2 bathrooms (including the suite), living room and garage for 2 cars ..

In the common areas of the condominium there is a swimming pool and a mini sand court for soccer, freshness, etc. These areas are shared with the other 2 units of the condominium.
We accept a maximum of 7 (seven) guests (between adults and children). It is a quiet, familiar place, so loud noise and noise is prohibited at any time of day. It is also not allowed to use stereo in the living areas of the condominium.

We are a family that decided to build a condominium and rent the units for season. If you want a nice, quiet, well located place in a beautiful and very touristy city, you are very welcome and have chosen the right property! If you want noise, party or excitement and staying with more than 7 people in the unit, the friendship continues (always), but I suggest you look for another rental property, because nobody wants problems. I'm sure you will find a more suitable place. If available you can book two houses in the condominium and accommodate 13 people in comfort. See the possibility.

Due to the need for cleaning to host a new group, the Check out time must be obeyed, that is, we cannot always compensate for any delays in the entry with the extension of the departure time. It depends on the rental schedule (consult the owner for any exceptions). Thank you for understanding.

The property is approximately 650 meters from the beach in Balneário São José, a very touristy, quiet and wooded neighborhood. Near the place there is the bakery, butcher shop and grocery store. The Extra hypermarket is also very close. The nearest beach kiosk is Cláudio Japa.
