This property was beautiful and in a great location! The property and the room was clean. The host was great are fast to respond! There were a couple minor issues that he was very fast to respond to and fix. And if you’re looking for good bait and fishing advice we highly recommend the saltwater cowboy bait and tackle!!

Great little getaway

Favorite things were the views and the location. Loved waking up and watching the sunrise right from the balcony. Close enough to enjoy Cocoa Beach without all the crowds.

Prefect little 2 bedroom right in the beach. Loved the heated pool and beach access. Condo was all kept and stocked. Perfect spot to relax for a few days.

Great weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed our weekend. The condo has a great view and we loved listening to the waves at night! The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We'll be back!

Family friendly right on the beach!

Perfect for our family of 4 - steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view right outside our window. Pool was a nice bonus and all the beach gear was supplied (umbrella, chairs , beach towels). Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Quick Family Trip

We have stayed at this property many times in the past (although not this specific unit) for long weekend family trips. We love the large balcony and how quiet the property is. It's also nice that the pool is right on the ocean! Check-in and parking are easy and the units are clean and spacious.

Loved the location, the balcony, the view, the pool. The condo, appliances, and furnishing are dated (some a little shabby). The fridge doesn't get cold. No ceiling fans. Got to see a rocket launch!
