'Cozy shell 14'. Our feel-good beach house "Kuschelmuschel 14" stands under old pines in the Baltic resort of Baabe, only about 150 meters from the long white sandy beach. The cries of the sea, the rustle of the trees, the birdsong, let you be close to nature. And even the whistle of the oldest narrow-gauge railway in Germany, lovingly called Rasender Roland, is an atmospheric sound in the distance.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, for one more person per night 10, - € extra bed.
Electricity costs (0.35 EUR per kWh), gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) and water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered on request.
The deposit is 150 euros and is payable in advance. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200 Euro is due.
A pet bookable. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

Die Unterkunft ist super, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ausstattung mit Kamin und Sauna ist einwandfrei. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Was wir allerdings etwas bemängeln müssen, ist die Ungenauigkeit der Skizze, um das Haus und den Parkplatz zu finden. Man vermutet nur wenige Häuser und einen kleinen Parkplatz und ist über die Vielzahl der Häuser und den großen Parkplatz erstaunt. Und als kleiner Hinweis, um die Parkkarte zu erhalten, muss man mit dem Auto bis direkt vor die Schranke fahren und dann die Gästekarte an das Lesegerät halten

Super Haus in schöner Umgebung

Super ausgestattetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Agentur hat mich im Vorfeld über Einschränkungen der Leistung der Sauna informiert. Vor Ort hat sich dies dann zum Glück kaum bemerkbar gemacht. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

schönes Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus erfüllte alle Anforderungen, alles war funktionstüchtig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur bis zum Parkplatz war es etwas weit. Das war aber kein Problem, weil man das Fahrzeug zum Be- und Entladen am Haus abstellen konnte. Das Haus zu finden war allerdings nicht einfach, das trifft aber für den gesamten Ferienpark zu.

Unser Urlaub in Baabe

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Vom Platz ist es ausreichend für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Unsere Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen und die Couch im Wohnzimmer auch. Daher müssten die Dinge irgendwann mal ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Preis für das Ausleihen von Bettwäsche und Handtücher war schon etwas überteuert, daher haben wir unsere eigenen Sachen mitgebracht.

wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in herrlicher Lage

Haben die Zeit in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus genossen, ideale ruhige Lage im Dünenpark, nur einen " Sprung " von der Ostsee entfernt, abends hörte man die Wellen rauschen, kurze Entfernungen ins Zentrum mit allem was man braucht, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit reichlich Geschirr, Backutensilien u.ä. - findet man so nur sehr selten und sogar Gewürze, Mehl, Kaffee u.andere Dinge waren vorhanden. Sind gewiss nicht das letzte Mal dagewesen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in absoluter Strandnähe

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist einfach spitze, 5 Gehminuten bis zum wunderschönen Baaber Strand. In dem Haus selber fehlt es an garnichts, es ist alles da, mann kann sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen! 2 kleine Hinweise an den Vermieter: Wir sind im dunkeln angereist, es wäre gut, wenn im Vorfeld ein Lageplan wo das Haus genau im Park liegt mitzuschicken. Den das Haus liegt vor der Schranke, die man befahren muss um in den Ferienpark zu kommen. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Hinweis im Haus sinnvoll, das der Parkplatz für das Ferienhaus hinter der Schranke liegt. Das war uns so nicht bewusst.

Den Ort kenne ich gut, da ich dort seit 7 Jahren jedes Jahr ein langes Wochenende verbringe. Dieses Mal das erste Mal ohne Kind, stattdessen mit Partner. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage sehr genossen und viel auf der Iselnsel erkundet, um dann nachmittags uns abends unser eigenes Wellnessprogramm durchzuführen. Es war ganz wunderbar und hat dazu geführt, dass wir beschlossen haben das jetzt genau in der Kuschelmuschel 2x jährlich zu machen.

Sehr gepflegt

Nach anfänglicher Panne( 3 Tage kein Wasser ) wegen defekter Toilettenspülung, war die Hausverwaltung aber sehr bemüht den Schaden zu beheben. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum und die Einrichtung liebevoll gestaltet. Das Beste , sind die Sauna u. Der Whirlpool.
