Wonderful for a romantic getaway for couples to family vacations, reunions, girls or craft weekends, or hunters, the 3,400 square feet of living space features an open concept, large great room/kitchen/dining area as well as a basement family room and a basement pool room.

**The nightly rate for this house is based on 6 occupants. There is an additional $30 charge per night per person up to 15 people. (12 in beds, 2 on air mattress and one on sofa). We price it this way so we can accommodate smaller groups. There is a $125 cleaning fee per stay, tax and Home Away fees also added.

Lower Level Rooms (Basement)
Great for rainy or winter days, barn-board sided basement is a comfortable living space but due to no egress windows, it is not able to be used as a sleeping area.
-Pool room features pool table, 43 inch smart tv, and pub table.
-Family room features 55 inch smart tv, futon, couch and table great for board games.

Some additional tables and chairs are available for large gatherings.
