Hello! My name is Nik Doda! I am the Italian-American owner of this luxury apartment which is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city. Located on the Ground floor of a deluxe building. This location is the most desirable, as it is within easy walking distance to the city center as well as convenient public transportation. Pay parking is available nearby.

This ground floor deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. Even the 18th century frescoes have been lovingly restored by a local artist! This luxury apartment has HEATED floors throughout and consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 marble bathroom with a rain shower. The bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. There is an open plan kitchen with a dining table, a living area with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for one couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment close to the new Opera house and Cascine Park, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.

In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.

Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.

Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be an extra 50 Euros cleaning charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.

I follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Terrific stay

Beautiful, fully appointed apartment. Great location where everything is within walking distance but not in the middle of the tourism crowds. Nik is a wonderful host and made us feel immediately comfortable. Truly an enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment by the river

We loved it here. Close to everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Market, restaurants and café nearby. Nik was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Kitchen could use a few added utensils (ie. Spatula, turner and most importantly a better corkscrew!) All in all, a great place.

Great location in Florence

Nik was very hospitable and communicated well. He met us at the door to get us checked in at the property. He explained everything and gave recommendations around town. You will have everything you need at this property including washer/dryer, A/C, etc. My wife and I would stay here again if we are back in Florence. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to all the shops and food. Good thing is the walk is very flat and doable. Don’t hesitate to stay at this location.

Everything about our stay was made easy. The apartment was quiet, clean and a great size. Our just was friendly and thoughtful. The apartment is a walkable distance from the heart of Florence but it was also very easy to use the tram. .

Bellavista apt

The apt was amazingly beautiful, clean and centrally located to the train station, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, because Nik was a fantastic host. The apt is in a very quiet area but near a bike path that made it convenient. We would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

Great property in Florence

My daughter and I were very pleased with our stay in Nik’s apartment. It was exactly as pictured, clean, welcoming, and lots of well designed space. It was very hot in Florence during our stay, but the ac worked well and we stayed pleasantly cool. The washer and dryer were great to have and worked well. The bathroom has a great shower that was very welcome every evening when we came back hot and dirty from exploring in the heat. We could not have asked for a better base for our Florence adventure. It is an easy walk to the train station and slightly farther to the main historic area, but we really enjoyed our daily walks along the river and always felt completely safe. Nik was very responsive and helpful as well, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Wonderful updated apartment in a great location!

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our 2 night stay in Florence. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. Nik was a great communicator and even gave guidance to restaurants and directions. Would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Florence stay

Nik was a great host. He met us at the property and let us in when we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The washer and dryer was extra nice as we had already been traveling over a week. To top off our fondness of Nik, on our last morning before leaving, we walked down the street to a cafe and Nik happened to be there. Her bought us coffee! Certainly a gesture not expected but very appreciated.

Nic's apartment couldn't be more perfect. He met us upon arrival and gave great instructions for everything as well as recommendations for sites, restaurants, etc. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and a beautiful 20-minute walk along the Arno River to Ponte Vecchio and the heart of historic Florence. Excellent experience.

The property was great and as advertised. Nik met us at the property promptly when scheduled and made sure we were checked in and successful. Nik also provided us a list of restaurants and markets for orienting us on the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The washer and dryer were a great convenience that we made good use of. Note - the dryer does not get as warm as we would have anticipated so it took a bit longer to dry things than usual. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to return to Florence in the future. Thanks Nik!

At this location, you will not be the one dragging your luggage through hundreds of tourists to get to the station/airport! The apartment is well served by public transport such as mini-buses and tramvia from the "Leopolda" station at the end of the street, and is located just minutes from all the major sights such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the historical heart of the city. Very close to central train station Santa Maria Novella (10 minutes walk or 1 stop by tramway) and 20 minutes by car or tramvia from the Airport

For lovers of concerts, ballets and operas, the New Opera House is located just across the street from this apartment.
