Holiday home in a quiet idyllic side street, hardly used, view from the terrace of the nearby mountains in the hinterland of the Coté d'Azur. The property is tastefully and comfortably furnished and invites you to linger even in bad weather. The apartment corresponds to a high standard with WiFi, satellite TV, good kitchen equipment and an inviting bathroom.
Holiday accommodation: This property is a completely renovated house in 2011, which was divided into two separate apartments. The offered apartment has a beautiful banker terrace with appropriate garden furniture.

Surroundings: Biot is a historic, small village that was built in 154 BC. It is on top of the hills covered with mimosa and olive trees. The old village consists of streets with beautiful facades, arches, gates, stairs and beautiful squares, such as the place des arcades, which is bordered on both sides by arch galleries. There are more than 20 restaurants, 13 galleries and many boutiques. Biot is a tourist breather very close to the coast with the lively seaside resorts, 4 km from Antibes, 11 km from Cagnes sur Mer, 10 km from Grasse and 15 km from Nice.
