Coquina Moorings 103 ~ Beach, Bay, Pool, Docking

Coquina Moorings offers the BEST of both worlds The Beach and The Bay! Spectacular views from the main living area, master bedroom and guest bedroom. The main living area overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway, pool and docking area and the guest bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the beach. Sitting directly across the street from the beach and directly on the bay, Coquina Moorings is truly one of a kind.
There is no other condominium on Anna Maria Island that offers beautiful sunrises over the bay and gorgeous sunsets on the beach, all in one place.

This unit is very well appointed and has sleeping for six. The master ensuite has a king size bed, the guest a queen and the third bedroom two twin beds. There is an open and spacious kitchen with a large bar area so the chef in your life can still be part of the group while cooking up your fresh catch right from the boat dock. A large screened balcony off the master bedroom and main living area will supply you with quiet down time and morning sunrises. There is also a spiral staircase off the balcony for convenient access to the crystal clean, heated swimming pool. The guest bedroom also has a screened balcony that overlooks the beach and nightly, colorful sunsets.

Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales and resort taxes. We loved the location and the set up of the property. They had both a drip and keurig coffee machines. They had lots of towels. The pool area is very nice. We appreciated the new refrigerator with ice through the door. We would recommend this lovely property.

Absolutely PERFECT

Condo and location is amazing. Always enjoy staying here. The views are the best and short walk to wonderful restaurants. Plus right across the street from Coquina Beach, which is my favorite.

Another Nice Stay

This was our second consecutive year of coming to this condo and it did not disappoint. A spacious place in a great location, we used all of the amenities including the boat dock for our flats boat. Conveniently located near restaurants and activities it was a great stay.

Great 2-Week Stay

Unit was well stocked for everything we needed (food storage and cooking supplies!!) and loads of beach gear available. Free trolly stops in front of the property just north of the building. Property manager was extremely responsive. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful beaches and great location,

very clean and beds were very comfortable. The unit itself was a little dark for my liking, with very low ceilings, but also needed maintenance and upkeep. The management company was very responsive in addressing issues in the condo, and super helpful in providing additional information about the area.

Overall very pleased with the place. However, the bedrooms could use a ceiling fans and bedroom by the road could a new mattress, it caved in towards the middle. Other wise very happy with the place and it’s location. The grounds were kept up very well.

Great location

Loved the location of this condo. You see sunrise from master bedroom and sunset from guest bedroom!! With the gulf across the street with a fishing pier and fishing out back on the waterway, you can’t go wrong. Only thing disappointing is the master bathroom shower doesn’t have hot water. Thank goodness the guest bath had hot water. Didn’t stop us from loving the condo.

Perfect Location

This is a unique property! We have always rented a house and wanted to try condo life. I can say that I truly enjoyed this property. Bay view out the back and Gulf view out the front. We used the dock for a rental pontoon. The house itself was well equipped. The couches and chairs in the living area all reclined. Plenty of seating. The house isn’t brand new but comfortable.

A Five Star Experience

View the sun rise in the morning and sunset in the evening how can you go wrong? The property was clean and well equipped for beach fun, pool time relaxation and indoor family time; the perfect size condo for our family of 6. I brought my flats boat to get some fishing in and the dock made it super easy. We ate in almost every night and the kitchen had just the right equipment to make it easy. The property managers, Wagner Realty, were superb, with easy check in, check out plus checking to make sure all was well during our stay. We have stayed at Coquina Moorings before and liked it allot, this stay we loved.

Family Vacation

Condo was as advertised. The unit could use updating and I believe that is due to happen later this year. Location was great, with views of the bay and ocean. The only issues were that the pool heater had been set to 105 degrees and we had a stain on our sheet in the master bedrooom. Since we checked in on a Saturday, neither issue was addressed until the following Monday. Once addressed, the pool took until the end of the week to cool down, but we made it work. Wagner Realty did a good job of communicating with us once they became aware of our issues on the following Monday. The group has an answering service on the weekends, but it is only for emergencies. Since most people check in on weekends, my recommendation would be for Wagner Realty to be available for any issues on those days as well. Regardless of the two issues, we would stay in this unit again.

Bradenton Beach Getaway

This is a great location. The functionality of the condo was excellent. Looking out the living area, there is a beautiful view of the bay. Looking out the front guest room, there is another amazing view of the Gulf. There are two lanais to sit out an enjoy the view. There are also docks to tie a boat off to which we used. However, the condo is in desperate need of a remodel. The fridge is beginning to rust and is coming through the paint. The dishwasher door is sprung so you have to be careful or the bottom rack will roll out quickly with a full load of dishes. The hot water in sinks in the master bathroom did not work. The sheets were threadbare and very thin. The towels were tattered and many of the washclothes were stained and some had holes in them. The unit was not very clean. The master shower in the corner of the entrance was very dirty with an accumulation of grime. The intake to the HVAC was filthy. The carpets and grout in the tile need to be cleaned badly. I would rent in these condos again, but in a unit that's more up to date and clean.

We loved our stay at Cocquina Moorings #103. The views are fantastic. Walkable to Bridge Street. Trolley stop very close. The unit is comfortable, with everything you need for stay. We especially appreciated the well stocked storage closet - beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and even blow up rafts. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great experience

Check-in and check-out process was easy. Location was great, right on the bay and a short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was clean and we were usually the only ones at the pool. Beaches are awesome. We went on a chartered fishing trip and they were able to pick us up and drop us off at the private pier which was really nice. Highly recommend and we will be back.

PARADISE

The best location on Anna Maria Island. Views of Sunrise from the bay side linai and Sunset from the beach side linai. Immaculate unit with a perfect setup. The best beach ever. The Unit has all the necessities and more including beach chairs and pool floats. A short walk or free trolley ride to a variety of restaurants. Hope to return soon. I've never been so relaxed in my life.

Fun @ Coquina Moorings

Location was excellent. The beach is a one minute walk from condo. The accessibility of a dock was perfect for the guys boat rental. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. There was everything you could possibly want for the beach or pool. Including chairs (for adults and kids), umbrella, floats, a small cooler. The condo was well equipped with kitchen utensils, pots and pans. There were plenty of towels for bath and beach. The washer and dryer was a nice plus. We will definitely rent again next year.
