The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

Very good communication. Nice and clean. We enjoyed the life of the family neighborhood. It had many places to eat and drink, a park nearby to relax in, and close to transit. If we were to come back to Berlin we would stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in the trendy neighbourhood of Mitte, and Andreas and Valentin were excellent hosts! Walking distance to almost everything and very close access to the metro. We would definitely rebook if we find ourselves in Berlin again! Thanks again for the great experience! :)

This was a return visit to Berlin and to Andreas's apartment. It is in a quiet, gated apartment block but only a short walk to everything you need. We found the BVG transport app indispensable both for buying tickets and for navigating the efficient transport system. Communication with Andreas was excellent. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring Berlin.

This well-managed apartment was ideal for our trip to see the sites of Berlin. It was warm, comfortable, well-equipped and situated in a safe complex of family homes. Transport links, shops and places to eat are all close by. It was a pleasure to stay there, and we felt well looked after in our communications with Andreas and with his representative, Valentin, who was there to greet us.

Friendly host and well equiped studio apartment

Andreas was super friendly. Being a studio flat we knew upfront that for a family this is a relatively small flat, but perfect for a few days to explore Berlin. Very nice and quiet residential area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Quiet comfort in Berlin

This apartment was perfect for tour of Berlin. It’s close to a U bahn station with plenty of restaurants close by. Andreas was very attentive to our needs. If we return to Berlin, I would rent this place again.

This place!

This apartment is wonderful! It is clean, quiet and very safe. equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is really cool! It is in a prime location with a quick walk to restaurants and UBahn stations. Andreas met us to check-in and is such a gracious host! We would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone - including those with kids.

Ideal base to explore the city. Close to all public transport options, within walking distance of restaurants and alexanderplatz. There is work happening on the property that meant the outdoor space was unusable but this had been communicated prior to arrival. It was disappointing but unavoidable. We were so busy exploring that we only really slept in the apartment but it was perfect for a short stay

Superb ! A home away from home

A surprisingly quiet apartment in a bustling and central neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. Comfortable bed. Good heathing with thermostat. Easy communication with the owner. Close by metro and tram. 20 min walk till museum island.
