With room for up to seven guests, it’s an easy South Coast base for beach days, cycling, exploring Batemans Bay or simply unwinding by the pool.



The Space:

Set on the upper level of the Somers Apartment Complex, this comfortable three-bedroom apartment combines space, convenience and a relaxed coastal setting.



The open-plan living and dining area opens towards the balcony, where you can enjoy views across the pool and towards the bay. Fire up the BBQ, settle into the outdoor dining area or relax on one of the sun lounges after a day at the beach.



Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area, with ceiling fans and oil heaters in the bedrooms, help keep the apartment comfortable throughout the year.



Bedrooms

The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with spa bath and balcony access

• Bedroom 2: Double bed and wardrobe

• Bedroom 3: One set of bunks and one single bed, and wardrobe



Kitchen & Living

The central kitchen makes self-catering easy and includes a pod coffee machine compatible with Coles coffee pods.

The dining table can be extended for family meals, while board games and a Wii provide some extra entertainment for quieter evenings.



Bathrooms & Laundry

There are two bathrooms:

• Main bathroom with shower and toilet

• Ensuite with shower, spa bath and toilet

A washing machine and dryer are also available within the main bathroom/laundry area.



Outdoor Living & Pool

The private balcony overlooks the pool area and features:

• BBQ

• Outdoor dining for six

• Water views

• Two sun lounges



Guests also have access to the complex swimming pool. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult while using the pool.



Parking

Secure parking is available in the double lock-up garage, making the apartment particularly convenient for guests travelling with vehicles, bikes or beach gear.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and balcony, as well as the secure double garage.

The swimming pool is a shared facility within the apartment complex.

Self-check-in is available via a key safe.



The Neighborhood:

One of the property's biggest advantages is its Batehaven location.



Batehaven village is just across the road, while Corrigans Beach and Caseys Beach are close by. The popular coastal cycle and walking path also makes it easy to head along the foreshore towards Batemans Bay.

Spend your days swimming, cycling, exploring the beaches and waterways of the South Coast, then return for an afternoon BBQ overlooking the pool.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum 7 guests

• Pets are not permitted

• This is an upper-level apartment

• The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests within the complex

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult around the pool

• Bedroom linen and towels are not provided. Guests will need to bring their own sheets and towels. Alternatively, contact us, and we can discuss your options.
